The point is that you were already like that, you were described that way when we first found you. And selection pressure does not have that dramatic of an effect over such a short period of time, because there is not enough variance within the population to have a dramatically different subset survive at higher rates. The problem with the black community seems to be a tribal perspective, which is something the Native Americans suffered from.
