Women can be in the military for non combat jobs but they must be held to as high a standard as men. No fucking slacking. They are not built for the physical and mental exertion of combat. Gear is heavy and getting shot at/things blowing up around you is scary. That being said, women should own and learn to use weapons in order to protect themselves and their children.

Its not only about combat, you need to be fit for the physical labor that comes with being a soldier. Lifting heavy shit, carrying heavy shit for long distances, not to mention lifting wounded squadmates in combat. Imagine a 60 kg woman trying to lift a 90 kg man during combat

Women have no physical or mental robustness, and they break down crying the moment anything bad happens.
I wouldn't in Norway most grills use the military as a freeyear. Makes for more based mindsets. But maybe in times of war or just freak of nature women could be a useful implementation
Light infantry is actually not "light". You have to carry everything.
Went through basic training in 2010. Army. Mostly 13 and 14 series with 88M as well. Had a lot of females. Many of them couldn't so a single push-up but still passed the already easy as fuck female PT test. Most of them fell out of runs and ruck marches. When I got to my unit the brigade was run by fat sassy nogs. The command sergeant major was a black dude. His cousin was an a 400lb black dude, a csm in the s6 shop. At PT they would walk around in a big gaggle. The army is riddled with affirmative action and political correctness. It's a fucking joke. Most all those sexual harrassment cases w e we're told about from before my time turned out to be nigs trying to get da Whyte wimmenz. The black affirmative action csm was a shining beacon and a role model for the white enlisted, then he solicited a female for sex or some shit.

What are you quoting? 15kg? Try 50 at the least. If you have heavy weapons you have vehicles. Sure you have to move them from the vehicle to wherever you are putting it but light units walk all day to everywhere and a woman's (and men long term) body physically breaks down from the abuse. Not downplaying whatever you are saying but I am have been in a light infantry unit so maybe I have some bias.

Had to quit the army once I got home from deployment, the affirmitive action putting incompetent women in roles they can't live up to is ridiculous. The platoon relieving mine after ended tour had gone through all their training with a female captain and lieutenant, and the captain had a nervous breakdown due to stress a month before deployment, while the lieutenant decided to have a kid. Within the last month, they had to find male officers who were able to take over instead.
