well there are plenty of ways to look at this. Since corruption is going rampant there are foreign med students that don't even take language classes but pay big money.. pass exams and get their diploma in the end. Just last week they have made a bunch of arrests starting with teachers, IT departments + many others in some university due to corruption with foreign students...
I'm guessing it's cheaper for you to do uni here.. there are a lot of arabs+some africans that do this.. they come in here.. most of them pay to pass exams and go back to their countries after they finish.. I don't have that many friends that do medicine so I can't tell you more except for scandals.. on the other hand when I did economics and we had turkish foreign students (2 fat grills) they said that they don't have a stock exchange in Turkey... so most of the foreign students are weak.. if you were good you would go to some western country at least that's what our top students do.. also pic related

>Iraqi, Syrian forces envelop ISIS for last major operation BEIRUT, LEBANON (9:55 P.M.) – The Iraqi and Syrian armed forces have completely enveloped the so-called Islamic State (ISIS) between the Deir Ezzor (Syria), Al-Anbar (Iraq), and Salaheddine (Iraq) governorates, as they prepare for their last major operation against the terrorist group.
Western Front
The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) and US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) have managed to capture most of the Deir Ezzor Governorate over the last two months, leaving ISIS with little room to retreat.
In particular, the Syrian Arab Army has liberated every major city in the Deir Ezzor Governorate, while the Deir Ezzor Military Council of the Syrian Democratic Forces have captured most of the oil fields in the province, including the Al-‘Umar refinery.
With their recent losses near Albukamal, ISIS is now mostly confined to the eastern bank of the Euphrates River Valley, where they are preparing to make their last stand in eastern Syria.
Eastern Front
The Iraqi Army, alongside Hashd Al-Sha’abi (Popular Mobilization Units) and Federal Police, have liberated every major city and town in western Al-Anbar, forcing ISIS to seek refuge north of Al-Qa’im.
Making matters worse for ISIS, they are stuck in a wide open area that is prime for Iraqi and US airstrikes.
The Iraqi Armed Forces will make their final push from three different axes: Al-Qa’im (south), Al-Sayniyah (east), and Al-Hadhar (north).

do you have an argument to make? are you here to vent against the cruelties of some disappointing introspective realisation (small penis much?)?
so lemme get this straight, you make some pejorative statement, without factual back up, then accuse, lash out senselessly, and then accuse others of being shills?
aren't you a very special victim...

yeah most french students that go in romania do it because in france you have an exam with limited seats at the end of the first year and you can only try twice (three in rare occasions due to medical excuse) also since romania is in the EU any students with a romanian diploma can work in wealthier EU countries also do foreign students have a bad rep? like getting in conflicts or fighting or being disrespectful/violent?
Aiden Sanchez
>ike getting in conflicts or fighting or being disrespectful/violent? i doubt french students are gonna be any worse than romanians in general.
Well, no. Mugabe is a retarded, despotic nigger. Kim on the other hand is waaay better than his predecessor, but we just don't know enough to judge him one way or another.

yeah since we are in EU diplomas should be equivalent with those of other countries. >also do foreign students have a bad rep? Nope, not really...i'm guessing language is a huge impediment for them to even try to be outgoing...most don't even know english that well
John Sanchez
Whitetail. Most of the country just has whitetail. But there's places up in the states near Canada that have elk or mule deer. Or maybe most Western states have those, I don't know.
Deer travel solo around here unless it's a mother with her fawns. We've figured out the reason why this one has lived long enough to get big is because most deer are active in the early morning and evening, but he wanders around in the afternoon. So I'll try to hunt then.

Just the last push and Islamic State is no more. Than a few years of suicide bombing here and there and low-level insurgencies. I believe we'll witness some shenanigans before the last of the militants are done with, for example SDF / loyalists conflict could break out.

>Iranian warships to head for Gulf of Mexico
The Iranian Navy will soon be sending a force to visit Latin America and the Gulf of Mexico, a newly-appointed naval commander has said. The move will be a demonstration of the country’s ability to project power far beyond its shores. In his first press conference in Tehran since being appointed, Navy Commander Rear Admiral Hossein Khanzadi said that Iranian naval forces will cross the Atlantic and stop over at friendly South American countries before flying the Iranian flag in the Gulf of Mexico, local media reported on Wednesday.
>“Our fleet of warships will be sent to the Atlantic Ocean in the near future and will visit one of the friendly states in South America and the Gulf of Mexico,” Fars news agency quoted him as saying.
Earlier this month, former navy chief and now deputy commander of the Iranian Army Rear Admiral Habibollah Sayyari said that it was a crucial objective for the Iranian Navy to be able to project its power far beyond the shores of Iran.
>“Sailing in open waters between Europe and Americas should be the navy’s goal, which will be realized in the near future,” Sayyari declared.
Khanzadi also announced plans to revitalize the Iranian Navy’s hardware with upgraded vessels and helicopters, as well as a new ship and submarine fleet which will be unveiled within the next year. Khanzadi added that a new Peykan-class Separ (shield) missile-launching corvette would join the country’s Caspian Fleet next week, and that there are also plans for Navy to build an airport in the southern port city of Jask.
Why the only guy that says FUCK ASSAD does not sits in comfy kotel?
Tyler Collins
I'm just wondering, Why do our Syrians so rarely post pics of their towns? Not the Latakia or homsie ones but the one in Damascus for example would so rarely post a pic of maybe a distant airstrike. r/scw has at least two who post epin pics of Aleppo these days for example >inb4 getting triggered by r/scw refrence
Juan Brooks
Now that's weird. I know it's a penis measuring contest, but to the Gulf of Mexico? Like, seriously? Some Majoos casted one spell too much I think. It doesn't even make sense. Power projection was pic related, not sending your ship on a pointless trip to the other end of the world.

ok. white tail. any idea how old he is? whats his life span. the key to a good set of horns ( if deer work like antelope) is to get him just as his teeth are too worn down ( i.e. before he starves to death ) to feed. you get max growth, max size and you prevent him from suffering the last hungry months

> In recent years, and especially since Abd al-Fatah al-Sisi took power, Egypt has been feverishly building a military infrastructure aimed at Israel. This extensive activity raises the question of "what is this work for you" and the fear that Egypt has plans to harm the peace agreement in one form or another.
>Recently, I discovered that for about a year, the Egyptians have been working to double the main traffic arteries in the Sinai and turn them into highways (two lanes, each with two traffic lanes).
>The movement of vehicles in axes, which are now undergoing a process of multiplication, is very thin. I can not see any economic justification for doubling the contractions, unless Egypt wants to encourage a mass movement of gamblers in the direction of the casino in Taba ....
>The IDF is holding training exercises in the Golan Heights and Jordan Valley on Sunday, with the Jordan Valley drill ending by evening and the Golan drill continuing throughout the week.

>Berlin to bring back children of German 'Islamic State' fighters — report
The German government wants to bring back the children of German IS members who fought in Syria, according to a report. At least six children — including babies — are currently in detention centers in Iraq.
>At least six children are currently with their mothers in interrogation or detention centers in Iraq, according to information gathered by German daily Süddeutsche Zeitung and public broadcasters NDR and WDR.
>The Foreign Ministry justified the decision to bring the children home by citing humanitarian considerations and Germany's duty to protect its citizens. They also argued that the children would be better cared for by their relatives in Germany than in the detention centers.
>Diplomats were able to visit the mothers and children in detention, where the women asked them to fly their children home, according to the report.
So far, Iraqi authorities have not made a decision on letting the children go back to Germany.
>In a more perfect universe, at least from Israel’s vantage point, the Americans would be a fourth party around that negotiation table, and, as such, Israel’s interests would be voiced.
Netanyahu and other top officials have said more than once that Jerusalem must not voice an opinion publicly regarding who it wants to win the Syrian war, fearing that such comments would only ricochet against whichever side Israel chose to support.
But now, with Russian President Vladimir Putin hosting Iranian President Hassan Rouhani and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Sochi, an end does appear in sight, and it will likely not be an end that brings cheer to Israel.
>Israel has an enormous stake in the determination of the future of Syria. Though a fierce enemy, Syria has kept its border with Israel quiet since the Yom Kippur War in 1973, unlike the situation that has reigned in Lebanon. The presence of Iranian, Hezbollah and Shi’a militias in the country after the civil war could very well alter this situation.
What is worrisome from Israel’s point of view is that two of the three leaders determining the fate of the country – Rouhani and Erdogan – are implacably hostile to the Jewish state, while the third, Putin, is definitely not in the same category but also cannot be counted on to necessarily carry Israel’s water.
>But America is not there, leaving Putin as this country’s advocate, which is not an enviable situation.
With the election of Donald Trump, there was some hope in Israel that he would reverse course and reassert some kind of US presence in the Syria.
But that was it. Since then, the US under Trump, just as it did under Obama, largely removed its hands from the country and left the playing field wide open for the Russians and Iranians.

11 quotes that show how Vladimir Putin sees world
>“There is no more Soviet Union, no Eastern Bloc. In my view, NATO needs an external enemy to justify its existence, so there is a constant search for one, and provocations to create adversaries where there are none. >…Today it is an instrument of American foreign policy. There are no partners in it, only vassals.”
>“The USA is a great power. Probably the only superpower in existence today. We accept that and we are ready to work together with them. >What we don’t need is for them to get involved in our affairs, tell us how to live our lives, and prevent Europe from building a relationship with us.”
>“There is constant US propaganda, and direct funding of US NGOs… Is that not interference, which continues year in, year out? Take a globe, spin it, and randomly put your finger on any spot – I can guarantee that there are American interests and meddling there. >What do the Americans want? For everyone to just bow their heads in deference? We have our own opinion and we express it openly. It is not some form of undercover sabotage.”
>“Does it benefit European states to simply service Washington’s foreign and even domestic policy aims? I am not sure. Is this the purpose of serious politics, and is this the role countries take on if they desire to call themselves great powers?”
>“At one time, the EU welcomed the collapse of a whole range of states in Europe, not bothering to hide their glee. Why did they need to so thoughtlessly – for the sake of short-term interests and to please ‘Big Brother’ in Washington – unconditionally support the secession of Kosovo, provoking similar processes on the continent and beyond?”
