What's good is that mainstream media is slipping, but it's too slow. Every hit that the big parties take, the media cushions. Back in the 70s that would be lifetime jail.
A union between all the nordic countries, fin and ice too, could be glorious. If we could somehow erect a non-antagonistic isolationist state that became as independent as possible while maintaining all necessary foreign trade, communication, cultural exchange and whatnot. And in earnest, our independence would mostly consist of not being EU, US or NATO lackeys. Cutting a deal with private financial institutions would be tough to avoid. It would be hard to do all this while not being a daunting competitor to other superpowers. We wouldnt stand much of a chance with anything other than pacifism, the way I see it.. Russia would be too volatile an alliance and would increase chances of war. War must be avoided. War is what they want. Its a money generator and the US is wholly sustained by it. Shit idk man, there's too much shit and most scandinavians wouldnt respond well to anything other than socialist authoritarianism maybe? Depends on where you are, really, if you're in a town or out in the country you're mostly safe, but the cities can get really bad.
It isn't centralisation, it could be a military alliance. Work visas are not needed in present day Scandinavia. I don't even need my ID to cross the border to either countries, including Finland. So that wouldn't be much of a change. Each nation should have a lot of autonomy and their own legal frameworks, but on the international stage, a Nordic nation would have much more impact.

I'm no fan of the Gypsies, but all in all, they are insignificant to ensure the future for Scandinavia. They are more annoying than dangerous.
