Will we ever see something like it again?

Sadly no

deep/10

It still looked like ass though.

Ass is amazing tho

Yuasa's new studio is making a new anime this year.

>because we are alive, we feel joy
wow that's so pretentious

haha good meme.

Is that the movie that was announced a while back? I haven't heard anything about it in ages.

>draw 2 frames with shitty art
>loop it for 2 seconds
>hipsters will call it a masterpiece

Doesn't matter how many frames there are if it looks good.

>Is that the movie that was announced a while back? I haven't heard anything about it in ages.
A tv series, it's on their twitter.

Exept it doesn't.

Ping Pong is great but I agree the animation is the worst out of any Yuasa work.

Agree to disagree.

DEEPfags need to leave.

You can feel the motion of the scene with only "2 frames". For me thats pretty good.

Fanservice doesn't mean what you think it does.

It's not pretty, the colouring is flat and it's not particularly well animated, so what looks good about it? The best aspect is probably the sense of weight and speed but even then, considering this is a sports anime that's like the absolute minimum requirement.

>A tv series, it's on their twitter.
Oh shit I must have missed this completely.

Ping Pong really isn't that deep. It's just genuine and emotional. Anyone who complains about it before pretentious is solely judging it on the art-style because they can't handle anything that looks different.

I just think it looks good.

>nitpicking literally 2 seconds that don't look great
Not to mention it's more than two frames and any other Anime series is guilty of the same level of laziness.

Was pretty great (did it air in 2014?). Sup Forums these days probably does not remember or care.

Amazing how an unorthodox art style can suit a series...

Atleast they have decent art to compensate.

Nothing inherantly wrong with fanservice, unless you're some sort of feminazi who's allergic to that sorta thing.

Ping Pong was nice though.
