Researched AI and AI development in Canada, found big push and increase in funding to AI programs in Canada. Further digging found private CyberSec firms might use AI and receive Q clearance levels. I am currently a fan of the theory that Q was developed in the private sector, possibly linked to cybersecurity and or predictive analytics. I think that it would need the processing power of the newest supercomputers, something like the Blue Gene/Q system from IBM, or the D Wave quantum computer. The creator of the D Wave says it's "qubits" are both 1 and 0, depending on need. that it accesses alternate dimensions. Many of the Q threads reference AI and or CERN vaguely, and many of the crumbs seem to tie back to it.
