MC comes from a future where everyone can use extrasensory perception (ESP). He is supposed to have an arranged marriage with his childhood friend but he doesn't want to. So he finds a time machine and comes to the present. He starts to live a mostly normal life as a professional dancer. However, one day a girl falls from the sky and MC saves her. She reveals that she's an alien who escaped from her home planet because evil aliens are trying to destroy the galaxy and MC's planet is next. Now MC must protect his planet from those aliens. Said aliens use dancing as a way of fighting, so MC decides to combine his dancing skills with his powers in order to surpass them. Meanwhile, he and alien girl start to live together and try to fit into local society.

President Trump triggers people so hard that the combined clench factor of their traumatized anuses opens a portal to another world, and dragons that transform into cute maids come through. Other characters include the MC's imoutou who's jealous of the attention he gives his maid, a few background coworkers / drinking buddies, a screeching purple haired "otherkin rights activist" who's trying to force the dragons to stop being maids because muh feelz, and the God Emperor himself. A young man wishes to live a life of excitement and actions like he sees in cartoons, televisions shows, mangas, comics, and etc with his own powers, abilities, and harem.
His dream comes true when on the way home he ends up seeing a fight between a female knight and a mystical beast, that he jumps into capable of manifesting a sword/gun/any weapon from pure thought, and after slaying the beast he watches his entire city get turned into a mix of modern world meets high fantasy.
The MC think this is the best as he's going to be a hero, but the knight he saves slaps some sense into him. Revealing what is going is that they, the beast they fought, and everything going on is the accidental merging of a dream world with the MC's world, and if they don't undo it by stopping the bid bad, the Knight's younger sister who's power merged their two worlds: A world based on Dreams and a world based on Reality.
You get episodes focused on the MC and the Knight helping citizens out of this mix of reality and dream, watching people give into the power the dream world can give them going on power trips, defeating the knight's former comrades to locate their sister, and learn the dangers of escapism and how its unhealthy.
The final episode has the MC rejecting the dream world, despite how cool it is because reality is much better to defeat the final boss. And the MC and female knight giving their final goodbye knowing they will never see each other again.
