Went to the gym today, worked on my shoulders, back, and triceps. Had football training yesterday, happy I did well, still striving to perform better and improve more in all areas. I am having a problem though friends. I have been on nofap and noporn for around 4-5 months now, but for some reason recently my urges have been strong. I am a Christian, I go to church every Sunday, I pray everyday, but I still feel these temptations coming on me. Is God testing me?

I reduced my stimulant usage since a week, finished a degree, removed more unhealthy shit from my diet. Life is pretty good.

eating 1 clove of garlic (sliced and mashed with the back of your spoon) and chase it down with some raw and unfiltered honey in the morning on an empty stomach before you have breakfast

you should also cut out all bread from your diet as well as SUGAR. Sugar causes inflammation and inflammation is fucking terrible, trust me.

Also before you have dinner consume 1-2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with a squeeze of lemon juice and mix it with some water.

For dinner you should consume greens, like spinach kale etc etc

also eat bitter foods like Brussels sprouts lol

I live on the country side. With Firewood heating. So I pretty much axe some wood everyday. I teach myself Python, Social Engineering and Penetration Testing. I read History books my german granpa has given me. And sometimes play vidya. I do freelance jobs for a living which pay me pretty good. During Spring and Summer I grow my own food in the garden. I'm thinking of getting some livestock too next year if I can save up enough money for that.

Having your own cattle is a huge step forward. Self sustainability is key, not to mention that you having your own livestock and eating from it is much more beneficial than buying it from the store.
