Victory Gundam? It's probably the best show Tomino has ever made (though I suppose that's not saying much). Strong characters, excellent themes, fantastically orchestrated soundtrack, well-choreographed fights and great mecha design, topped off with a phenomenal finale. It's my favourite /m/ show.

Its one of the best gundam show.

Victory is special, you hate it or you love.
But i can say for sure that Uso is the best MC of the franchise.

Bandai hates anything that takes place past UC100 and nothing from that era gets put into games and other stuff or get kits made unless its the Crossbone or F91.

I really hope that one day Sunrise will realize that a lot of people want a full serie of F91 and a crossbone anime.
The F91 movie was fucking frustrating, you can't cancel something like that for fuck sake.

No, its pretty bad. It was popular in its time and have some iconic characters - but overall its not a very good show.

I`d rate After War a lot higher for example, and 00 pretty much retells Wing at parts like Seed does with 0079

It's an offer to people with a niche interest to give them a safe space to talk about their interest.

You can compare it to /vr/. It's an offer to people who want to talk about something that wouldn't get enough activity to remain on the mainstream board. That doesn't mean Sup Forums isn't allowed to talk about older games.

Even for containment boards, there are two levels. Enforced containment, and encouraged containment. MLP is the former, Pokémon is the latter. Mecha is neither.

This is why /asp/ sucks. It was supposed to be a safe space for the less mainstream sports that couldn't sustain themselves on Sup Forums, then they tried to mix it with containment of what ruined Sup Forums, and now it's useless as a safe space for the less popular sports, which is what it was originally intended to be.
