Why is it spelt "Syaro?"

Why is it spelt "Syaro?"
Who names their child Syaro anyway?

One day, when I have a son, I'm going to name him "He who has big dick". His friends will just call him Dick for short.

dude kunrei-shiki lmao

It's シャロ you have to type sharo to get that. Don't know why it's translated to Syaro.
And Sharon is a real, normal name too. Even though Sharo's name is a word play with kilimanjaro.

What happens if you type Syaro?

Because Kunrei-shiki, a thing that should not exist.
Oddly enough, it's usually fujos who insist on using it, I don't understand why it stuck with the Gochiusa fanbase.

Hoto Kokoa= Hot Cocoa
Kafu Chino= Cappuchino
Sharo- kilimanjaro
Rize= Ritz Cracker
Chiya= ???

...

Maybe because of "Cha", that means tea in japanese

Thé des Alizés = Rize
Uji matcha tea = Chiya

Who knows. Maybe the same.

Because "Syaro" sounds funnier and bunnier.
Many anime girls are called Sharo but there's only one Syaro!

シャロ

Sex with Syaro.

>maya
more like : my-gf

Unless your name is Fat Balding Old Man we're gonna have a problem.

What is this?

Dude she's like 6

Nice general, faggot.

I wonder how tough her small and delicate body is at enduring rough sex.

Mating press.

Probably because the subs used it and people are too stupid to think for themselves.

I hate this pic it's so out of character for pure Syaro-chan.

What do I win?

>the subs used it
It's the official romanization.

Educate yourself.

That's my girlfriend stay away from her you nigger.

How can she be your girlfriend when she's my wife?

Why are gochiusa threads so bad?

>pure

>I don't know how Romanization works

She's a two-timing slut. You should punish her by raping her with lots of BBC.

Because the show is bad. Also, we're on Sup Forums and there are no good threads on Sup Forums.

Well said, Sup Forums.

One kiss, please.

...

Million kisses please.

There are at least two types of romanization (I'm a dumb retard so I can't remember their names), the one that uses "sya" instead of "sha" is much less used but since the GochiUsa OP said "Syaro" most people go with that I guess. I use Sharo because I find it cuter.

My wife Tino is so cute.

Her name is Ccino.

Because her name is 桐間 紗路(きりま しゃろ)。

KIRIMA Sharo..
KIRIMA Sharo.
≒ Kilima n jaro

I am sorry for making fun of you Gochusa fags before watching this. The show is actually good for a SOL.

No it isn't.

Does it matter where I kiss her?

It's decent at best. Better than what I expected. Also the setting is god tier comfy

I thought it was alright, only after it ended did I realize just how much I liked it.

I want more.

That really is a godtier uniform. I didn't like maid uniforms until now.

Sharo has many great doujins.

I want to marry Sharo!

Clearly someone who wants their daughter to grow up to be the cheapest prostitute in town.

Wasn't Syaro in the OP? Not like the Japs are experts in English.
It's pronouced SHA-ro anyway. Syaro sounds dumb and implies it's pronounced SYA-ro.

>It's pronouced SHA-ro anyway. Syaro sounds dumb and implies it's pronounced SYA-ro.
You're thinking in english.
To the japanese tongue there's simply no difference between "sha" and "sya".

DELET

If her age is on the clock, she's old enough for marriage

>You will never get high on coffee

Can somebody post "it's horrible" reaction image with blue haired girl?

You're right but still don't know why they put in Syaro in the OP.

No. It's clearly the fault of the idiot in charge of programming shit that somehow thought SーYA could equal しゃ and ズ should be written as DU

It's Sharo. Nips can't into English pronunciation. It was a mistake.

There's something so magical about blonde lolis

It is.

>ズ should be written as DU
How disgusting

I want to be Sharo!

I love Cocoa!

Are they related?

Is there an official english translation for this show yet? That should shut people up.

Because it doesn't matter either way to them. You should take "official romanizations" with a grain of salt, because I highly doubt they think too much when they pick one over the other.

But in any case "syaro" sounds cuter.

English is abusing Latin so I can't really go all out on this, but S should have sound value of /s/ Y has a sound value of /y/ and A has a sound value of Sup Forums.
Anything else is heresy. English is literally heresy.
Should've invented a new letter for /ʃ/ instead.
Why don't we write foreign scripts in IPA anyways? Then we won't have trouble transcribing them.

SIO-ro

シャロになります!

English is ridiculous, they pronounce A as "E", E as "I" and I as "A".

As I said, it's heresy.
Then again most Germanic languages are, Norwegian and Danish aren't any better.
>O /u/
>U /y/
Why not simply solve it like in German?
U - /u/
Ü - /y/

Also the letter X.
X is literally the most pointless letter ever.

protip: orthography isn't language

Fuck kunrei-shitki retards.

I don't understand what the Romans thought of when they did this. Why do you need X when you have C and S?

>O in Woman makes short "I" sound
Non American here, what?

Not him, but it is correct.
The US pronunciation for "women" is /ˈwɪmɪn/ .

Not him, but some people pronouce women as "Wim-men" or "wim-men", my head canon is because women do whatever the fuck they want without consequence

What the fuck English. I've been learning it wrong this whole time.

"whim-men" i mean

Syalo's precious body

>U /y/
What? No. U is pronounced as (uː) in Scandinavian languages. O is pronounced exactly the same as in Spanish and Japanese when it's a short vowel, too, with the long variant being represented by Å.

It's just the way it's been romanized.

For the ping pong show airing this season, Horriblesubs spells it Shakunetsu while the op spells it Syakunetsu.
Obviously for latin languanges, it makes more sense to use sh since that's what we're used to seeing

Sharo would never wear something that lewd. Delete this.

Wikipedia says Oslo is pronounced [ˈʊʂlʊ] meaning a U-sound.
In Icelandic "und" is pronounced /ʏnt/ .
Maybe this doesn't apply to all North-Germanic languages but it is there.

She wears lewd leg bracelet in the official art.

I've noticed that in english most of the time it just doesn't matter how vowels are pronounced. I've heard the word "the" being pronounced as "de", "di", "da", "duh", or sometimes just "th" with a silent-ish nonspecific vowel sound at the end. You could probably eliminate most vowel sounds from a sentence and still be perfectly understood.
English starts making less and less sense the more you think about it, so it's best to just *feel* it.

This is lewd as fuck. I want to cum on her feets now.

Leg braclets does not make her a slut

My guess is that difficult words that pronounces differently than the way it's spelled looks 'cool' for American

Japanese doesn't have θ in their language, so you get show names like Gosick, hoping to get ʒ at least.

Why is she blushing?
