Shuumatsu no Izetta

What's the secret Izetta learned about the magic stone?

The stone retcons your existence so we will get that depressing SoL where Fine is the Kaizer's abused wife.

The ultimate red pill.

Tragedy option: some sort of overdrive mode.
Happy ending option: some way to use it at reduced output that doesn't slowly kill the user.
Asspull option: some way to drain the magic from the other half of the stone.

>Tragedy option: some sort of overdrive mode.
she told fine about it though, so I doubt it's anything that would hurt her

Some way to turn crystallized magic back into original state, so when bomb is launched Izetta manages to stop and disarm it?

I read that as her as giving Finé the bad news in advance and asking for her go-ahead, desu.

Yuri option: Magic impregnation. Eylstadt will forever be protected by royal witches, the title was a lie.

Wait what the fuck? I definitely didn't put "desu" on the end of my post. Moot?

She can use it to get Fine pregnant.

You put in "to be honest" didn't you? Cancer.

what type of rock have you been living under, user?

"Using the witch's life force" was a mistranslation. It just makes her gay. Izetta doesn't have that problem.

Aha; so we have SA-style wordfilters now

Evidently not paying attention to cancerous metathreads

>now

she wouldn't tell her because fine wouldn't allow it

and just before that izetta sounded very positive about everything going okay

Doujin option : It allows Izzeta to grow a dick and impregnate Fine.

It allows Izetta to turn every nearby girl into a witch. Or into lesbian

edge option: izetta can bind her soul to it and become a lich

It's called "the last witch" for a reason.

Izetta will defeat Germania but die in the process.

izetta is the last witch because she's gay

Not shit Sherlock

Seriously how fucking stupid it is to send Fine to the conference without Izetta? Even if Izetta manages to stop the bomb/destroy Sophie, Germania can easily capture Fine and hold her hostage.

the conference is in westria and lots of other countries are attending as well

>Westria
Anschluss soon, fellow aryan

Yeah because there aren't Germanian soldiers in Westria and Fine certainly won't get captured in a neutral country.... oh wait.

izetta will just threaten to drop the bomb in neu-berlin

That's not her character though. She'll just probably surrender than put Fine in harm's way.

allies will launch an attack at the same time and germania is fucked

So did the stone heal her or does she constantly need its power to stand?

The stone in her necklace is constantly glowing so she probably needs it to walk.

She needs it to walk, when she sits on the sofa it's not glowing, but it starts to when she stands up to slap Fine

Westria is Switzerland and it is neutral, Austria's name is never given because it's already invaded by the start of the series

You're right, that's some nice attention to detail.

>It's called "the last witch" for a reason.
What if whole stone can drain magical power from the witch making her normal girl in the process?

It would also mean Izetta as Last Witch in history.

The title isn't even "the last witch" though. It's "Izetta of the end".

And Finé can be translated as "end" in Italian.

So if Izetta uses the stone for walking and it hurst her. Just how fucking much did it hurt to take Fine on for a a whole new world ride?

I think she might be gay for Fine.

Fine even asked Izetta "doesn't it hurt to use the stone?" and Izetta answered "I don't give a fuck, hop on bitch" or something like that.

>burns away her own life force just to walk
Could she actually die next episode?

She already made up her mind that she's gonna die so the pain doesn't matter.

they gave it the alternative title of "die letzte Hexe", though.

wh-what are you implying, user?

I think it's pretty obvious she will. The biggest death flag is when she said she has no goals besides fighting for Fine. She has no reason to live after stopping the fight.

Yeah, but I think if one of the titles is to reflect something that actually happens in the story somehow, it's gonna be the Japanese title.

>burns away her own life force just to
kill shit
Could she actually die next episode?

she's got like 2 hours left

Well, Izetta of the end sounds pretty apocalyptic, like not only she dies but a lot of people along with her

I know I've been trolling these threads about how Izetta should die but if she really does, I'll be genuinely upset. Not now after the whole broomstick ride thing.

>I know I've been trolling these threads about how Izetta should die
explain yourself, user!

No, I bet Sophie will somehow save her by taking her power and burning the stone with her own in great firework explosion on Emperor ass.

There's too much emphasis on how Sophie hates the country of Fine but also how she really loved the prince, I bet Izetta love for Fine will somehow get through to Sophie to change her ways.

I want to see Fine living as granny with limp Izetta and taking care of her instead of her own country.

Hi Fine. Ready to be a widow?

>last track on the OST is "Fine, Theme of Love ~piano solo~"
what does it mean?

That after Izetta's death Fine will finally be free to find the true love of her life.

Maybe Izetta won't die in a fight with Sophie, since in preview Fine says "let us go together and end everything"?

depends on if it's a happy solo or a sad solo

I expect it's the track that plays during the broomstick FINE~!! orgasm part.

Double suicide or happy ending for both.
I don't want to see them living apart if one dies.

I would want to see a corny ending with Izetta killing herself ending the war and in that same moment Fine heart stops beating, maybe on that hill Fine gave her lifespan to the stone and connected with Izetta in such way so both would be bound to tragic fate.

According to their facial expressions on the picture looks more like double suicide.

>Fine gave her lifespan to the stone and connected with Izetta
Had that thought too

You think Izetta would let Fine do something like that? Izetta gets away with sacrificing herself because she's the hero and does whatever she wants, and anyone who disagrees gets to meet her witch slap. Fine is not allowed to sacrifice though. Izetta would never allow it.

Oh holy shit user that's actually a pretty good fanfiction. I would maybe cry.

>Izetta would never allow it.
But Izetta in that hill moment would allow everything Fine would wanted.

sexually

But it was Izetta who started the talk. If it was something so dangerous she wouldn't have brought it up, so must be something else. Maybe there's a way to grant Fine witch's powers, so she wouldn't be defenseless when Izetta's not around?

Can't we have a fucking good ending? Izetta is already crippled and everything, what more do those sadistic fucks want?

Whatever Izetta found out, it's something that will increase her chances to beat Sophie and end the war. That was what Fine was asking about, after all.

Fine's virgin blood is fueling the stone now.

>She has no reason to live after stopping the fight.
To protect Fine from future problems.

The thing is, Izetta has never expressed a desire to get a "good end." She only wants to fight for Fine and end the war. Dying for that cause would be the happiest ending as far as she's concerned.

I want to fuck Fine while Izetta watches

I don't think she expects to live long after using the stone so she's probably not thinking about the future.

fuck off sophie

Maybe. But Sophie should be aware of that too, because she was using the stone before

We don't know how strong Sophie is though but Izetta is strongest so says her grandmother.

Her grandma said that "She's the strongest in generations" which means that Sophie may be even stronger in terms of magical power because she lived centuries ago. Her only problem is her body which will collapse after few hours of using her powers to full extent.

If it isn't a happy end then there is no way that Izetta will be the one to die--that's way too obvious. Himesama is probably going to be the one to sacrifice herself to save Izetta, possibly in a similar way to how she had protected Izetta in the past.

As we've seen, Hime can't accept what the cost of using Izetta politically has been, and wouldn't let her lose her life over the war.

Also, what if Izetta is an actual descendant of the White Witch? Perhaps all the distorted accounts of the legend are there for a reason. Her grandma wouldn't have been boasting about her strength if she was a nobody.

I don't think the White Witch managed to produce and descendants before her death.

After their first encounter, I think Izetta is clearly stronger. Sophie won only because she had the stone.

If Sophie turns out to be anyone's ancestor, it'll be Fine's.

I still stand with my initial fanfic that Izetta is strongest because there's no one else left to share the magical mana atmosphere with.

>Himesama is probably going to be the one to sacrifice herself to save Izetta
Are you fucking kidding me? That'd be a fuckton worse. Izetta needs Fine in her life.

But it wouldn't be happy for Finé, she can't stand making Finé sad.

That's not possible because the word her grandma used is more like talent rather than raw strength.

She's kind of blind to the fact that Fine cares about her the most. I don't think she's fully aware of that.

By the way we haven't learned yet why the stone in the wall didn't react to Izetta

Plot convenience. I doubt there's more reason than that.

That would be not a convenience but a plot hole if it's not explained.

she wasn't bleeding

Sure it's a plot hole. But you asked for the reason. The reason is plot convenience.

...

The stone reacts to her just fine now and she's not bleeding.

I would agree except the fact that there's no way to put a definite interpretation of what her grandmother said.

It's not subject to interpretation.

comfy nightflight

Slowpoke but if Izetta/Fine didn't even need coats during the broomstick date, the stone must really be OP. Compared to the earlier episode where they were all bundled up.

They were hot, user, and not because of the stone.

izetta's rifle will die in the finale

The poor thing had a hard life ;_;7
