Gunshop owners under-arrest for following court-order

The Outdoorsman received a court order from a local judge to hold a “bullet button” AR-15 while the owner made arrangements for a private party transfer. Steph and Dylan do not own the AR-15.
Despite the court order from the local judge, the California Department of Justice arrested Steph and Dylan on charges of possession of an assault weapon with intent to sell. Again, The Outdoorsman was not trying to sell the AR-15, it was just holding it as per the court order.

What do Sup Forumslacks?

Bite the bullet and hire a ball busting jew attorney

Nuke the entire state from orbit for however many days needed until it tirggers enough earthquakes to make that shithole fall into the Pacific. That's the only option we have left at this point, and I'm willing to risk it working before something like Yellowstone exploding because of it. Fuck I'd take a Yellowstone explosion if it meant glassing every square inch of that state.

This is literally one of those situations where if they hire a good Jew lawyer they will make lots of dosh

i call bullshit: the new "assault weapon" laws don't take effect until January 1st.

as of today, "bullet button" rifles are totally compliant with *current* #Failifornia law.

Yet people wonder why Dorne went the way he did. The entire police and legal system of that state is corrupt to the highest level. It is cancer that can only be burnt out with fire.

I have no wish to even set a single finger or toe in that state. If I can, I don't buy anything that comes from the west coast.

>bullet button
>assault rifle
I hate liberals.

nothing in the linked article about a "bullet button" rifle. could be that someone brought in something on the current AW list, and the doesn't have a state AW license, which is different from a regular one.

*THAT* would be a problem, but absent facts, all you've got is speculation.

The article says nothing about a court order and is very brief, is there an article with a full explanation?

I'd hate to own a gun store in California.
I'd hate to own any business in California.

>living in commiefornia
you get what you deserve.

Good. There is absolutely no reason why a business should sell high powered military assault rifles with clips that hold more then ten bullets. It's good to see common sense gun laws finally having an effect in this country.

too obvious

>Good. There is absolutely no reason why a business should obey the law by listening to a Judge's court order.
What did he mean by this?
