in high school we took a trip to DC for our AMERICAN history class and we literally wasted an entire day at the Holocaust museum. They even gave us the rest of the afternoon off to "reflect" on what we learned. meanwhile, they rushed us through all the monuments to Lincoln, Jefferson etc and we didn't even have time to visit the Vietnam Memorial.
