The threads disappeared because whoever was running it gave up on running it, and anons were flooding the fuck out of them with spam to completely destroy discussion (good fucking riddance). None of the bullshit in those threads was organic or genuine.

It did happen. I saw it, as it happened. Was just good timing on my part. Word was finally that a departing employee took it down. it was down 11 minutes and people noticed. Twit lied at first (probably completely, but whatever) and originally said it was a technical error.
