They're upset when Netflix is throttled to 2 Mbps but when they go to speedtest.net the faggots remove the cap and say you're getting 100.

Before 2015, ISP's were unable to do this due to the 1996 telecommunications act, this act was not originally written for the internet, however, the terms that we know as 'Net Neutrality' were contained within it. In 2015 Obama doing some unneeded political grandstanding, decided to consolidate them into a new act.
If the 2015 one goes the 1996 one still will no longer apply, meaning your ISP can charge you a 'package deal' for websites or have different tiers of websites available / microtransactions /any other shit they like to squeeze their customers.

Comcast wants NN gone so it can make a killing because it is a monopoly and always will be. Soros wants it to stay because it means he can spread propaganda easier with an unthrottled internet.
