For some time I have been pondering the subject. For those who aren't total idiots, as you know Adolf Hitler and the National Socialists established the Schutzstaffel, or SS. For those men and women who were of pure Nordic lineage. Germans weren't the only ones part of the SS, other Germanics(Such as Dutch and Norwegians,) some Slavs, as wells as Balts were allowed to join the SS. The SS was set by Hitler and Heinrich Himmler to be the new aristocratic elite which would rule the whole world after Germany won the war. The SS represented those of pure Aryan, or Nordic racial stock.
Aside from mandatory state sponsored DNA testing, how would we establish a modern SS elite? I thought about it, and decided that, like many other nations, we could distribute a national ID card for legal citizens, and administer a special ID card for SSmen who would be elite first class citizens. Thoughts? Libertarians need not apply.
