1. Search for a famous jew that had 1,000 plastic surgeries to not look jewish 2. Find their wikipedia page and make sure its editable 3. Copy the image of the jew from wikipedia 4. Paste it on a program like photoshop or a browser based image editor 5. Slightly increase their nose and save the image 6. Reupload/Replace the image of the article you found with the new image you edited 7. Save the article 8. Repeat step 1 but with different jew
Don't make it too obvious or the jewkipedia dogs will find out, also avoid editing words on the article, any false statement will alert the faggots to check if your claim has any source/proof/validation, changing the image slightly will likely not alert them (hopefully.)
