How is it a hate crime if Eichenwald isn't Jewish? People called him Jewish but I can't find any evidence that he is actually Jewish. I found an instance where Eichenwald claims he ISN'T Jewish. So far the only place i've seen any reference to him being Jewish is in an article he wrote about this incident. His wiki page contains the quote from the article where he claims his dad is Jewish but that he is Episcopalian.
I think Eichenwald is full of shit and that he is trying to make it seem as if he is Jewish so hate crime charges can be filed. I also don't believe he actually had a seizure. If he did then his wife is a cold bitch to be Tweeting about it instead of getting him help.
