Do people really look at studios instead of staff to decide who they like best?

The only exception would be Ghibli.

No, there's only studios that haven't disappointed me yet.

...

They do when the staff actually stays on faggot

>manglobe
hahahahaha

Manglobeis my favorite studio.

Anyone know when their next anime is coming out?

I don't have these anymore.

I like JC Staff

And KyoAni, Shaft,, Ufotable, Trigger and Sunrise.

JC Staff, underwhelming animation but I enjoyed most of their shows and I like their backgrounds

Probably Gainax. They may not have the technical prowess bigger studios have, but they have never disappointed me.

>Trigger
>no Artland
Sasuga OP. Go back to whatever shithole you came from.

Who the fuck likes Toei?

>Manglobe
user...
At least Genocidal Organ wasn't cancelled.

So hoe did you like earthsea?

I mean, he's just as good as his dad, right?

right?

I love Toei.

Earthsea is underrated.

It had great ideas but it was a fucking mess of a movie

SHAFT, of course

Even the studios that put out really good stuff are still hit and miss at best, and they always managed to miss about 50% of the time.

they made a lot of shit but they also made a lot of great stuff and at least they have a great style unlike the whore madhouse

Earthsea really suffered from a terrible ending. A lof of its flaws would have been neglible if the ending wasn't so horribly unsatisfying. It kind of reminded me of the Escaflowne movie: great idea, high production values, never comes together to create a good movie.

>great style
>unlike madhouse

KyoAni 4 lyfe.
Madhouse at least is brimming with styles. Sunrise is the same fucking shit.

Also:checked.

yes madhouse has no identity .
different styles=no style at all

>the studio with the most experimental styles has no style at all
>the studio that copies its styles from every other studio has style

Kyoto Animation
J.C.Staff

>being diverse is a bad thing
Please.

It used to be Production IG.

I like Bones, I especially enjoy their animation.

Problem is that most of their shows are either kinda good, not quite great, or kinda average, not quite bad.

S H A F T

I don't usually judge shows based on their studio, but TRIGGER is the exception.
TRIGGER is a memestudio and all their shows are shit.

Trigger shows are always fun, you can see how they just do whatever they want while high on cocaine.
Also Xebec because Fafner and top tier booties.

I like Shaft the most but Production I.G. is a close second maybe followed by Sunrise. Madhouse is respectable but not overall that good and I wish Trigger was good but they are in fact a meme studio.

I like BONES. Old-skool Gonzo and Bee Train were my favourites tbqh.

KyoAni.

Kyoani > Madhouse > Dogakobo > Bones.
For me.

KyoAni

JC Staff made Toradora!, Zero no Tsukaima, Sakurasou, and Milky Holmes, Season 1. And those are just a few recent favorites of mine that they're responsible for.
If I have a favorite, it's them.

I avoid looking at studios or staff or seiyuus.

Seriously, they put out some great work, I'm having trouble finding stuff that I hate from them and when I do it's because of the genre but they still manage to keep it interesting for me to not drop.
