He was drawn to be but feared her kind of feeling. He got mad when Priscilla attacked it and the mist dissipated but also felt relieved.
You are missing the point. It's not about him being thankful for RbD or resenting her for all she has done to him so far. There is a side to him that, inexplicably, seems to be deeply in love with Satella. There is also a part of him that he is not aware of when conscious. In fact, this aspect of him only shows up between loops, when he is Satella's shadow realm. He himself doesn't seem to remember any of that, but he acts very fondly towards her, and when she calls out her love for him he reacts with excitement beyond anything else we have seen so far. This doesn't really rule out any of the already discussed possibilities (him being Flügel, him being a time traveller, that aspect of his personality being his awakened soul, with the part that has memories of him and satella sealed away firmly unless in the shadow realm, which could imply that Subaru is her lover's soul sent across time and dimension to seize her back at the right time. Or kill her, as is her wish. Emilia might be strongly tied into this since the cult calls her a vessel numerous times. Satella is said to have an immortal body, but they don't mention an immortal soul, so maybe she needs a vessel as close to her as possible genetically so her soul can securely snatch it and now be in a mortal body. That must be killed by Subaru. The ultimate sacrifice and all his deaths to save Emilia, in vain.
Al and Priscilla go to a swamp or foggy place where you see startlingly real illusions of dead people. Al sees the people he killed and starts destroying the images until he comes across a black shadowy woman described in typical Satella/Envy adjectives. He's terrified and can't seem to harm it as it moves in closer and closer. Then Priscilla comes in and vanquishes it. Al gets mad at her for doing so.
That sounds like Satella's plan but one Subaru will stubbornly reject since he sees Emilia as her own person and not a tool. Or something like that. I'm smelling it a mile away.
His affection for Emilia seems superficial though. Especially when put up against something like the doting relationship and later tragedy-fueled sleeping beauty love story he has with Rem. Some theorize that he only loves her precisely because she looks like Satella, or that Satella is deliberately manipulating him so he protects her vessel. The split personality makes it hard to predict what she's up to, since it depends on whether the active one is the yandere or not. So when the time comes, when she unseals his slumbering memories, can you say with confidence that he won't do it? Tappei seems enough of a Sadist to do that, even to his Waifu, if it means Subaru must suffer more.

Arc 6 just started on the sage stuff but Tappei is on hiatus because of the LN stuff and anime. Looks to be starting again next year. Flugel theory has a strong piece of evidence against it with Subaru not looking like Flugel. Yes this can be worked around but for the most part it's a pretty big hit to the theory.
Al was isekai'd and Al(debaran) (a star name by the way) is clearly an alias.
We know Al has an authority. A mini looping power that works on himself and another person. He has to choose who will remember the loops. It has a limited range and doesn't seem to affect the environment as he had to stop using it once the area was falling apart.
He knew Ram before she introduced herself. He also freaked out when he learned Rem was alive in arc 3, but was at first friendly when he thought she was Ram. It's cited as a reason Rem will wake up for real since this subplot needs resolving.

Even in the loops where she attacked him she never did it instantly. Plus memory loss removes her knowledge of the cult and Ram to be jealous of. And Crusch still retained aspects of her personality so Rem should retain some of what she felt for Subaru. It would have to be extremely selective memory loss for this to work.

I don't think that you can make a clear cut profile of every character relationship without going extremely into detail. Everything is connected in some way and is one big net. That's what I appreciate about this series but can also make it confusing at the same time.
