Don't worry, Tiger Mask will do it properly by the time he'll have to use it to survive Yellow Devil.

For a supposed deuteragonist Takuma keeps getting short end of the stick way too much. Didn't even get a single full-length fight up till now.
Hope his role will be increased in second cour.

I wasn't sure what to expect after he practiced the somersault a few times in the previous episode. Maybe a more flashy finish but if he perfects this, I think it will do the trick fine.

The episode preview (and next episode title) have me worried. Besides, we have a lot of episodes left. We can't reach the climax this early.

I recall Hikari Kuruma, the journalist, asking Takuma about the rumored Tiger's Den's return.

Its existence is not public, whereas GWM is indeed public, it's TD's front organization.

Yellow Devil may or may not be defeated in the next episode, but he is just GWM's champion.

Meanwhile Tiger's Den must be secretly training countless athletes from all over the world.

Likewise, Mr. X's role has been insignificant, but soon enough he too will start taking matters into his own hands (i.e. getting rid of Tiger Mask for good).

Yellow Devil is not the end, he's the beginning.

Tiger's Den will return, and both Tiger Mask and Tiger The Dark will vow to defeat it, one from outside, the other from inside.

I hope so. What is Takuma's motivation besides taking revenge against Yellow Devil though? Maybe Naoto has an investment in this now that he knows what treachery Tiger's Den is up to but Takuma wouldn't need to follow through once he's "avenged" his dad. I have a sneaking suspicion that Yellow Devil won't go down that easily, at least not until we get a proper segue into the next arc.

Not really. There are small references to the original but they shouldn't hinder your enjoyment of the show. I dived straight into this without having watched the old Tiger Mask anime or read the manga.

It does jack shit for Takuma, but for Naoto it adds a lot of story potential
