How can a man who picks Lady Une be insane?

>picking the worst girl
seems pretty insane to me also

>dr. pavel

>insane
She's loyal, determined, and capable; three traits not associated with insanity.

He and Miliardo continued fighting each other to prove as an object lesson to the world how pointless and futile war was. I figured that was stupid, but they certainly succeeded on that front.

why would you shoot a man after throwing him out of a plane?

>war
>pointless

It's an excellent way to make sure that the man is dead while at the same time removing the need for cleaning up Treize's plane, saving his precious resources and man hours on more important things.

>disappears from the plot for 30 episodes to make a gundam in his basement then kills himself
what a guy

If she wanted to save previous resources, why didn't she secure the chair to the hatch so just the DUDE went out?

It was an old chair that had to go into the trash, anyway. Two birds with one stone and all that, you know.

Well fair enough then. Although I'm not sure Treize would approve of fly tipping.

Who's looking forward to Frozen Teardrop

A single mobile suit on land destroys more of the environment than a little excess weight falling out the back end of a plane.

Its not about being right its about whose left.

>A military officer with no (known) engineering ability
>Builds a monster Gundam, in his basement, on par with something that was designed as a collaboration between five super geniuses

It's more skillful than doing it beforehand.

He was painfully aware of the futility of war and insanity of war. I still remember how he comments on WMDs and the MAD doctrine.

and he was bestboy

Which is par for the course for a gundam series, but what I liked is his reluctance to be the antagonist. They really tried something different with the bad guy in that series. Although he needed a show down with heero, I appreciate all the new story plots but he really should have showed off with heero at least once. Biggest misstep of the series by far.

I think one of the things a lot of people forget is how flashy some of the scenes get in Wing. I mean fuck man it was the 90s. Shit was just over the top in those days.

What the fuck was even his point?

...

because she works for the kgb and not the cia

you can survive falling out of a plane far easier than a bullet to the head

Why is she recording him?

>war is bad, but at least when people are actually fighting people notice just how bad it is and it makes people think twice before committing.
>I can't live because if I live then they'll just make me into an Emperor and we won't have achieved anything.

Its especially funny/dark when the following 5 years of the series is the worst war apparently in entire FRANCHISE, arguable I know but thats how I feel they sell it, that humanity goes through. But they do have a point, shit does tend to just get worse and spiral out of control with things like this.

Actually, I forgot but I think he was there under the premise that he was to give a statement of some kind. It's also good proof that the job was done.

I remember Relena becoming queen of the world then he pulled off a coup in the most gentlemanly manner.

>>war is bad, but at least when people are actually fighting people notice just how bad it is and it makes people think twice before committing.
he actually had a good point

He generally did.

There was that thread where someone did a reasonable analysis of wing that I can't find but wanted to post.

But yeah, if he came back victorious over white fang there's roughly 0% chance he wouldn't have just been king of Earth. But he said everything with a weird, fitting for the romantic aesthetic, but weird way, especially considering he called tradition nothing but a false history stemming from nostalgia for the past.

All the Wing story outside the original TV series is shit.

I just MGs for the Leo and all the other OZ suits

>tradition nothing but a false history stemming from nostalgia for the past.
how can one man be so right

>Heero why am I so flat?

Zechs was Heero's foil not Trieze. His real foil was the kung fu guy as well as Zechs to a degree.

Trieze was basically Big Boss in a lot of his ideas but without the trauma that caused him to lose prospective.

When you have the world and space on your shoulders breasts seem kind of trivial.

Imagine what space is going to do for boobie longevity. Gravity is weighing tits down.
