I really don't know why people disliked Hitler Shu, he finally manned the fuck up and did what needed to be done, even if he was still a wimp on the inside.

They should have kept him like that so we could have Hitler Shu vs Evil Government as the last conflict of the show.

Can someone just tell me why the government slowly moved in the wall during the hitler shu arc instead of just immediately pushing through?

How are you then supposed to enjoy the helpless screams of entrapped teenagers as they grow more and more desperate over the passing days and can do nothing but cry as they turn into crystal cancer?

I think they did that to make sure no one would be able to pass through the wall alive?

I dunno, Guilty Crown is the show where a terrorist can enter a school using the same name she's known for as a terrorist and apparently nobody gives a shit about that.

That one makes sense because her being a terrorist and everything centered around that weird powerup that Shu got.
When that terrorist organization had that huge battle with the government all data on her was erased.

What I remember when watching it was that I was confused at how Shu was able to repress his memories of his sister and Gai as a child. How does he not remember the destruction that happened?

Shoe's arm was cut off by Gai, he just had a new arm made from the virus thing for a while because of his own void. Also that girl is Shoe's sister, but I don't remember why she's evil or what's the whole backstory of the show.

I remember it being a convoluted mess, tho.

Shu was the worst brother ever. Never once tried to do anything for his sister after finding out she could never be released from her role. Keeps calling her a monster, doesn't even think to find out a way to free her of the burden or save her.

You know, I would probably sympathize with Shu if his "muh inori" attitude was born out of guilt for not helping his sister back then, since Inori looked like her and whatnot. But nah, he just wanted to bang Inori all along, which was the sole reason he joined the terrorists.

What a waste of potentially good character motivation.

Or it could be case a of character development without proper establishment. It's odd that a tragedy so horrific can be forgotten that easily.

Only the ending, everything else was perfect. Also created Egoist and WIT Studio so even better.
