Closer to Europe.
Because it's essentially an extension of the Middle East, culturally, ethnically, linguistically.
Because it was colonized by Greeks and Egyptians. If perhaps it had Sub saharan africans as it's genetic stock it would be more comparable to that region.
The darker the skin, the shittier the society.
Also France.
Mostly populated by Cacasians. Also closer to Europe and Asia, so could trade ideas. Sub sahran Africa was isolated for a long time.
You mean you never heard of the Roman Empire? Seriously?
Who wants to cross a giant desert to get into Africa? Nobody in ancient times.
It's proximity to Babylon and accessibility to India in ancient times. There were also the egyptions who had good infrastructure to allow other cultures to enter the continent.
Then there's its history with the ancient Greeks, Romans, Spanish, and then the British and Germans.
It always was so... Since the Greeks and Romans.
Arabs kinda ruined it, but European colonialism fixed it to some extent until the world wars.
Anyway North Africans never were ethnically niggers, and European DNA enhanced them.
