The funny thing is that, IIRC, Sven handles all the money, all Mike did for the longest time is code and contribute to the Shoah. I totally get that Mike would be the guy to be in charge, but given how little he actually does, it's amusing.

Also, the judge doesn't need to find White Sharia funny, though he would need to recognize that 1) It's not genuinely sincere among the entire populace and 2) there is no clear, 100% documented link between the meme and Fields's actions. If someone found Field's social media and saw that he was posting White Sharia memes, then maybe it would be relevant. But if there's no documents, there's no meaningful case to be made for a link.

TRS has a number of blog posts on white sharia. Counter Currents has written about why WS is needed. This is all anyone needs to make a case against TRS and Mike Enoch.

How new are you? TRS has been constantly stabbing itself in the back for well over a year. I haven't been affiliated with them for some time because I saw that the stormfags were taking over and got the hell out of dodge before they could ruin everything. I take it you're not particularly well-versed on how the trial system works? This is the key point:

You have to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that this is what happened. That means not only proving that Fields's actions were motivated by a desire to enact "White Sharia" in the way TRS espoused it, but also that no other possible interpretations of events are possible. That means that you have to prove that Fields (who has biopolar disorder among other issues) didn't just have a fit of random anger and slam down on the gas, nor was he scared for his life (justifiably or not). So here's what you'll need:

>Evidence that Fields engaged with TRS and other people who promote White Sharia
>Evidence that Fields approved of White Sharia
>Evidence that White Sharia calls for car attacks
>Evidence that Fields was carrying out a car attack in line with White Sharia

If you don't have that, then you can't pass the "shadow of a doubt" test.
