I know a bit about video and I've never seen that happen though I can imagine scenarios in a live where that can happen to a swathe of colors, any autists want to screengrab and find what range of colors his eyes are and see if anything else in the image shifts would be a good place to start to debunk / confirm how realistic it is it's just an artifact or compression thing.
