Has any show made it in terms of quality as ''Meduka''?

I watched it and while i though it was a meme i ended up impressed, i didn't expect those feels.

Madoka's fucking great, but some l/a/ds here like to be contrarian and hate on it. It's still my personal favorite show.

I've never seen it, don't intend to but am aware of the premise and a loose understanding of the lore and think it's neat, so I have no real opinion on it.

I never said I dislike it, but assuming someone is purely being a contrarian because they dislike it to is equitable to the fallacy of contrarianism itself, "lad".

I think Shinsekai no Yori came close but Madoka really set the bar

It's probably going to be the most well known show from this decade with any sort of respectability. There are much better or equivalent shows like Ping Pong, Jinrui, TTG, SSY, and some others, but it's going to be the Evangelion of the Decade in terms of being the entry-level Sup Forums core that's been spoiled to hell and back.

It was a pretty high barrier but Keijo passed it

Unless something mind blowing comes up, Madoka won anime of the decade (2011-2020) in the first month. That is both a testament to Madoka's quality and the subpar line up that this decade had to offer. Now that may change, but I am not expecting it to.

Yeah. It is clear proof 12 episodes is best length if you want show with good story and directing.

Watching and discussing Flip Flappers was just as much if not more fun then Madoka seven years ago. And the only anime since then that managed to rise to the same heights.

There are tons of shows better than it though.
