While most are shit, some 3D adaptations are quite well done/translate well to the live medium

Umimachi Diary and Little Forest are the only good ones I can think of recently.

Fuck Malaysia

ImoCho's was pretty good. But mainly because it was essentially a lesbian JAV.

Usagi Drop and Liar Game is pretty good. Because Ashida Mana.

>Kaoru is taller than Nana

literally in a country of manlets, how is this possible?

This was pretty good. Really dug that they altered the cases so that weren't quite exactly the same as how the manga adapted them. Hope they go for a S2 eventually.

Probably to make the dom seem more believable. He's still extremely autistic and beta

The women would obviously be womanlets if it's a country of manlets.

This is my fetish

...

Is NtK dead?

Kodoku no Gurume is pretty awesome.

If you want a comfy drama, this is for you. Matsushige Yutaka being to average dude instead of a gangster is quite refreshing as well

Already ended couple of days ago

It ended 2 weeks ago and it literally nothing happened. If we don't get a timeskip omake I'm considering buying a plane ticket to Japan and investing in some firearms

This was actually quite amazing, I'd say even better than the anime.

When are we getting a live-action Keit-ai?

>3D
>Japanese acting
good joke

Some of the best acting I've ever seen was in JAV

Cant wait for muh live action bleach

Aoi Honoo was a goddamn treasure

I am still surprised how much I enjoyed the 1998 Onizuka live action show. They made various changes from the manga, but I thought everything came together pretty nicely. Good soundtrack and pretty good acting.

>live action shounen

I'm sorry

I like the girl onizuka one. I forgot the name but femc is a yakuza's daughter that is also a teacher.

Is 2017 a year of live action manga adaptations?

Blade of the Immortal
Fullmetal Alchemist
Tokyo Ghoul
Peach Girl
Saki
ReLife
P and JK
One Week Friends
Sangatsu no Lion
Donten ni Warau
Kyō no Kira-kun
Kizudarake no Akuma
Jojo: Diamond is Unbreakable
Hirunaka no Ryūsei
Gintama
Bleach

Good morning call was cringe as fuck, but I love it.

I liked the Nodame live more than the anime

>this passes as "well done" for japanese cinema

no wonder it's deader than kurosawa

I was actually surprised at the AnoHana adaptation.
Did anyone else see it?

It's Gokusen.

SnK
Sure it had no plot and but people got ate by titans.

The 3-Gatsu live action looks really nice

Why can't Japan makes movies where humans look like actual humans and not like weird glossy puppets?

I just want the manga scanlated. It was okay but I want the manga.
Why has no group done this? There's one chapter out.

This one looks a bit low budget:

Add this one to the list Also isn't there a Hollywood Tiger & Bunny live action in production?

Gakki as Okitegami was really really cute. Unfortunately I doubt there will be a season 2 or it would've been announced already.

Kindaichi Case Files had a good tv adaptation.

Ouran High School Host Club was good.
The actor for Tamaki had the character down perfectly.
