If Rubio or Jeb were the nominee they'd definitely carry Florida, NC and OH. On top of that they'd also take NV and CO. Trump lost NV and CO because cuckservatives and Mormons voted for third parties, while California Colonists and Mexicans were utterly assblasted by Trump. Jeb and Rubio also have the advantage of being like Elizabeth Warren and Barack Obama respectively. Jeb pretends to be Hispanic, Warren pretends to be an Indian. However Jeb is slightly less autistic than Warren, and the establishment's favorite so would be able to match Hillary dollar for dollar easily. Rubio is like a less cool version of Obama- totally inoffensive, a "White Hispanic" so people can be comfortable voting for the "first Hispanic president" while he would just generally not say anything too controversial or do anything. Keep in mind Hillary would still have had her breakdown on 9/11 while Rubio is basically a kid- it would be Kennedy vs. Nixon all over again- youth trumps an old bag of bones.
Because Hillary has a limit in PA and because the Republicans gained 100,000 voters in PA from 2012 to 2015 it would be Hillary's 2,926,000 to a Republican 2,810,000- excepting of course many cuckservatives voted Clinton out of fear of Trump. In order to flip the state they'd need cuckservatives- and both Rubio and Jeb could provide. Clinton's overall vote would be even lower in the PA suburbs as a result, while the Republican's would be higher.
Also without Trump the Democrats would have had millions fewer votes in places like California. And all candidates would have had a slight chance of flipping New Mexico due to cuckservatives mostly falling in line while Mexicans would care less about the election without Trump.
