What territories exactly? All of the territories lost after the war are historically NON-GERMAN. For example: Silesia and Gdansk have been Polish far longer than German. Eastern Prussia was a Baltic tribe that was Germanized. Meme or Klaipeda is Lithuanian far longer than German.

The czech became kingdom became vassal of the HRE later and the Emperor reconquered Silesia and attached it to the Kingdom of Bohemia again, in the 14th century. Polish claim to Silesia is basically non existent. If anything, it should've been czech.
