I think I Was A Sword does this from what I read most recently, there are a ton of skills selectable but only x amount are equippable at x time/level or whatever.

That one was great for cringe. The MC comes in pretty every scene riding a motorcycle while dualwielding railguns doing backflips with explosions in the background and angel choir spreading flower petals and the peanut gallery envying the cute girl in the backseat.
