The two fought thanks to pro-golfer's team kill gun and Ouka was carrying Mari's unconscious body. Mari wakes up and gets angry how Ouka is touching her thighs

Relatively speaking, ikaruga had a good shot, but Mari was far overhyped. volume 6 was her best showing and she still jobbed to lapis as far as flags go. she's not much higher then Usagi

Also, some people were straight up lying about Ouka being comrad zoned back when i was still on volume 5. having caught up, I'm wondering how that even became a meme.

Wonder how they could see that. If anything volume 7 already showed Ouka had the most chances of winning. As much as I like Mari, both her and Usagi never had a chance outside their respective volumes.

I think that part comes from as early as around vol.3 or vol.4, and the ED single has a mini drama about it.

It's not impossible considering the premise. In fact, the main cast are all "last bosses" who are getting a second chance in exchange for saving the world.

Really, he should be a villain on that work, since Haunted as a hero will definitely not suited to his character.

Better, he will start as a hidden helper to the protagonist while creating a scenario that will put all their hardwork into naught thus, putting the whole world and the protagonist into despair.

Such a brilliant character Haunted is.

We're not sure about that, as their bloodline is specifically cursed to contain the demons within their bloodline. Takeru might eventually have a child to someone.

The true suffering here is where he might kill his own child if it is a girl, as the world will not allow another Kiseki to roam freely.

It didn't suit Japs' tastes. Just like there's stuff that's really popular in Japan but never sells in West, there is stuff that sells in West like crazy but is considered mediocre in Japan.

Japs got more kiddy taste, they love their school tournament settings, overpowered protagonists, panty shots, heavy fanservice and self-insert of any kind.

yeah if this were 2008

AMA has some of that other stuff, but why it didn't take off was because it deviated too much from a dead template after all the people who would have loved it moved on to the next fad. It basically came too late to the party. Had it arrived near the time index was dominant, we would have got a good adaptation instead of playing second fiddle to shit like rakudai from the same studio.

I think AMA would get much better sales if it was packed with MC kissing the harem in every chapter/episode, that's what's popular now.
