I don't get the hype for the mangaka or his series

Yeah, particularly Senya and Shinsuke, the latter being probably my favourite male character ever. His writing is very good, I need to re-read Samidare sometime because I am forgetting how much of an impact it had on me. But certain arc of Spirit Circle and Sengoku are amazingly good, and taken as a whole they really stand out among these kinds of fantasy manga.

Just a matter of taste.

Spirit Circle was so good and I can't imagine how he'll make something as wholly well done and satisfying, but I'm looking forward to it.

My body is not ready to return to the hell that is waiting on monthly Satoshi releases. The wait is torture.
