Charlottesville - "Let them fight, it will make it easier to declare an unlawful assembly."

report on the complete fuck up of Charlottesville and how the Heifer death played right into the left's plans.

> The report makes clear that the Charlottesville Police Department (CPD) and its black chief, Al Thomas, had no intention of allowing the demonstration to take place. Astonishingly, the report leaves no doubt that Chief Thomas wanted the police to let enough violence go unchecked to justify an order to declare the event an “unlawful assembly” and shut it down.

> Simple incompetence explains much of CPD’s failure. The report cites a “flawed Operational Plan,” poor coordination with the Virginia State Police (VSP), and no unified command structure. Chief Thomas technically had authority over both agencies for the protest, but failed to exercise it. Officers did not have riot equipment they needed, and VSP and CPD could not even talk to each other on the radio.

If there is one thread to bump, bump this one. 'People' died

...

>'People' died

> The authors of the report are clearly baffled by the extraordinary levels of incompetence and inactivity of the police. They note that officers knew demonstrators would need secure routes, free from counter-demonstrators, into and out of Emancipation Park. They also knew what routes the demonstrators would take and that they planned to use shuttle buses. Thus, there was a plan to man the obvious entrance and exit routes so that demonstrators would not have to run a gauntlet of counter-demonstrators: “In one version, planners considered assigning as many as thirty officers to Market Street south of Emancipation Park and twenty officers along 1st and 2nd Streets north of the park. When asked why this plan was abandoned, no one on the CPD command staff could provide a specific answer.” (93)

Bump, even though the Supremos already ruled that cops don't have to do nuffin'. Fuck the police, a bit.
Bump.

WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENED TO THE COPS WHO DIED ON A HELICOPTER? 3 PEOPLE DIED THAT DAY! NO NEWS OF THEIR DEATH!

>COPS WHO DIED ON A HELICOPTER?
RPG'd by Dylan Roof
or so I'm told

>It is worth recalling that the demonstrators had a permit to hold a legal rally. It was the duty of the police to stop anyone from interfering; they obviously failed in their duty.

> One of the most astonishing passages of the report quotes officers who heard CPD Chief Thomas say: “Let them fight, it will make it easier to declare an unlawful assembly.” (133) Sure enough, the violence on Market Street gave the police the justification they thought they needed to declare an unlawful assembly even before the rally began. Then—finally—officers went into action to disperse the demonstrators.

> But dispersing the demonstrators meant driving them into screaming antifa protesters, an action that one officer called the “most messed up thing I ever saw.” (135) Police also used pepper spray to drive the demonstrators out of the park, so instead of dispersing the crowd in an orderly way or separating demonstrators from counter-demonstrators, the police ensured a chaotic, sprawling brawl.

of course, this is what they wanted the Nov 4th nothingburger to be

> The militia got in their cars and prepared to leave the area. Aerial footage shows that one of their cars accelerated to flee the counter-protesters, nearly running one of them over. The crowd of counter-protesters reacted angrily, kicking and swinging objects at the car. The car sped around South Street, then 2nd Street, then west on Water Street, with counter-protesters chasing on foot. (141)

>However, the report does note something very important. A “school resource” officer—someone whose job is to police school children—had been assigned to prevent cars from going down 4th street toward the demonstration area, the very area where Heather Heyer was killed. The officer, Tammy Shifett, was a woman who had been off work for most of the previous two months recovering from elbow surgery—not someone likely to be capable of forceful law enforcement. Hours after the demonstration had been dispersed, there were hundreds of people still milling around the area. The report says that:
> This officer feared for her safety as groups of angry Alt-Right protesters and counter-protesters streamed by her as they left Emancipation Park. The officer called for assistance and was relieved of her post. Unfortunately, CPD commanders did not replace her or make other arrangements to prevent traffic from traveling across the Downtown Mall on 4th Street. A single wooden saw horse was all that impeded traffic down 4th Street as large groups of people continued to roam the streets. This vulnerability was exposed when James Fields drove his vehicle down the unprotected street into a large crowd of counter-protesters at the intersection of 4th Street SE and Water Street, killing Ms. Heyer.

It was a very well planned “Perfect Storm”:

1) [Mayor knew & was involved]

The rally was a Trap, which is why the PD were told to stand down & why it was approved in the first place.

He knew a Car Attack was going to happen at/in the Rally & had memo’s/statements/tweets already pre-prepared/made.

2) [Agent Provocateurs were in the crowds]

This was on both sides. You had a mix of Natural conflict & Artificial(Staged) conflict. There job was to justify the Mayors call for NG.

3) [Leftists were bused in to attack the Rally]

They were given “free passage” by the Mayor & the PD. Cannon fodder is always needed/used for Color Revolutions.

4) [PD/NG were used to make the Right move away, which would cause the Leftists to follow]

Leftists needed to get/be in position for the Car Attack, so they used the Right as bait.

PD/NG were even told not the protect the crowds or set up anti-vehicle barricades.

5) [The “Car Attack” was a False Flag.]

Leftist organizers/herders led the Leftist crowd to the “hit spot” location. The Movie Stage was then set & Directors got in position.

At/In the “hit spot” location were Crisis Actors/Witnesses/Victims & Press. Some of which created/crafted the MSM narratives & clearly knew about things ahead of time.

A Modified Car was used & a trained Operative did the job of driving in(and reversing out) of the Crowd. The Operative escaped & a Pasty was used to take the fall for it.

6) [Helicopter saw too much]

It saw the whole Incident happen & became a “loose end”. NG vehicles were used to take it down.

>black chief, Al Thomas
the same nigger that forced the rally goers up a street lined with violent leftists who spit and threw bottles

check your fucking spacing, faggot

Deandre Harris narrative hasn't been corrected by media or wikipedia
>pg 137
>At about 12:07, the group stopped in front of the Market Street garage and a fight broke out. From our review of the ample open source video footage of this confrontation, it appears that a counter-protester attempted to yank a flag away from a Unite The Right demonstrator who resisted and fought back. During that struggle, a second counter-protester named Deandre Harris rushed in and used a club—possibly a Maglite flashlight—
to strike the Alt-Right demonstrator’s head or shoulder.329 Nearby demonstrators rushed over to fight back and deployed pepper spray. The struggle moved into the parking garage. Harris appears to have tripped or been pushed to the ground, which left him defenseless against a mob of angry Alt-Right demonstrators that descended upon him with flagsticks, shields, and pieces of wood.330

This is one of the best examples of (((fake news)))

>black police chief
Why are so many police chiefs black? This started under Obama it's really disconcerting.

>This is one of the best examples of (((fake news)))
lot of that going around, user
so long as you get the headline out there, it gets branded in the minds of the hoi palloi

another redpill:
>pg 70
The FBI agent told the detective that the TWP was not likely to cause problems, though groups that might show up to oppose them could.

He didn't even kill her honestly, he was driving very very slow & she was very overweight & had a heart attack because she got frightened, which she had coming because she went there looking for a fight

>Lieutenant Hatter described the dispersal of Emancipation Park on August 12 as the “most messed up thing I ever saw.” Hatter noted that the Alt-Right demonstrators were screaming at the VSP and CPD officers as the mobile field force pushed from the rear of Emancipation Park, commenting that “you are pushing us right into the crowd.” Hatter agreed with this assessment, noting that the effort was “causing confrontations and pushing [the Alt-Right] right into their enemies.” Lieutenant Mooney similarly told us that several of the Alt-Right demonstrators complained to him that the dispersal order “is pushing us right into our enemies.”

Oy vey! Remember the 6 lives lost at Charlottesville. You need to give up your rights to be safe.

Democrats are too stupid to walk their own talk on racial integration. They still think that are slave masters but they are not. Any white democrat you know you should hit.

bump

You really fucking care about spacing?

the helicopter narrative is a bit out there but the fact that the police let antifa attack on purpose to give them a reason to SHUT IT DOWN completely proves the accounts of the Unite the Right protestors

fake

This is why you don't scream like the chicken shit loser you are when people tell you to fight against WHITE TRAITORS AND JEWISH MASTERS.

Wear dark clothing, at night, and use quite weapons, with gloves and discard those weapons in a far away location when you are done with them. Don't tell anyone what you are doing. Have a good excuse for where you were.

To much for you? Then quit pretending that someone super quiet and super strong is going to come along and save the WHITE RACE. Everybody has been waiting for that to happen since the Allies won WWII. Well it is 72 years later and shit ain't happened yet. You just keep waiting. Maybe it's just around the corner. But never in your hands. Fight Back!

It's just a meme new posters regurgitate to pretend to fit in. your spacing is perfectly acceptable (a run down of events like that can be an exception)

"In our interviews with CPD personnel, we learned that Chief Thomas and other CPD
command staff deleted text messages that were relevant to our review. Chief Thomas also
used a personal e-mail account to conduct some CPD business, then falsely denied using
personal e-mail in response to a specific FOIA request. Chief Thomas and the commanders
with whom we spoke denied any effort to hide information from our review team.
Conversely, they indicated that we received everything in the Department’s possession that
bears upon the issues at stake in our evaluation.
In addition to limiting our initial access to all relevant information, Chief Thomas directed
the creation of various documents that outlined CPD’s preparation for these events. For
example, Chief Thomas asked his captains to create a “checklist” to document CPD’s
preparation for each event. In response to the Chief’s direction, Captain David Shifflett
located a Department of Justice Document entitled “Checklist for the Preparation of Mass
Unrest Events.” This document is essentially a planning guide, designed to be used in
advance of large demonstrations. Captain Shifflett asked the Chief’s executive assistant to
convert this checklist to a format in which it could be edited. She did so, and sent the
template to Captain Shifflett for his use in creating a checklist for the July 8 event. Captain
Shifflett then went through the various items in the checklist and “checked” each task that
had been performed. He then sent the completed document to the Chief’s assistant, who
affixed a CPD logo to the front of the document and created a finished checklist for delivery
to our independent review team."

Bump

"Efforts to train police officers ahead of August 12 were meager if not nonexistent. We
learned that the primary method of conveying information to officers was through roll call
training, which involved brief discussions of written policies. Lieutenant Mooney told us
that these verbal briefings on case law and code sections would have meant little to officers
relatively new to the department.
There was no field training of any kind in advance of August 12. Officers did not try on riot
gear, including new ballistic helmets that had been purchased specifically for the August 12
Hunton & Williams LLP | 86
event. As a result, many officers likely did not put on their gear or helmets until ordered to
do so on the day of the event. CPD officers did not engage in any joint training exercises
with their counterparts in the state police or their local partners in Albemarle County.
In the week leading up to the Unite The Right rally, CPD leadership ordered every officer to
attend three hour-long training sessions focused on “stress, trauma, and resiliency.” The
goal of the training was “to help understand the human responses to the situations that the
Department has recently been facing.” The sessions were led by Dr. Jeff Fracher, a local
psychologist. Lieutenant Mooney, who supervises the evening shift and served as a zone
commander on August 12, believed that these “three breathing trainings” got in the way of
time he could have used to prepare his officers, and he made that concern clear to his
supervisors."

When will the day of the grill be lads? I honestly can't wait and hope that Trudeau (pbuh) gets crowned Emperxer of North Americana

Any idea what was with the crashed police helicopter that day?

Shot down by Nazi mind lasers

This

>Any idea what was with the crashed police helicopter that day?
I'd bet all my money on sheer state police incompetence (equipment failure). Shit happens, Hanlon's Law.
The only issue is how the media took the story and ran with it as fast as it could to the hysteric levels.

While the report should be read and digested and cause normies to wise up, we're living in a society that still thinks the "spontaneous uprising" in Benghazi was over a youtube video.

Welp. On the bright side, two of those cops died when they crashed their helicopter. Lmao

Instant karma, you worthless fucks. Glad theyre dead.

Judge ordered city to allow Shitlords to demonstrate. City should be in jail for contempt.

>Fuck the police, a bit
This.
I was there, and they did fuck all.
Not all of them seemed too upset by it either.
I had more help after being peppersprayed from the random "medics" than the cops.

Here are a few choice excerpts for anyone interested.

>Some who marched to McGuffey walked over to the First United Methodist Church, where prayer services happened inside while medical tents and counter-protester support organized in the back parking lot. Deborah Porras, a minister who traveled to Charlottesville to support counter-protest efforts, told us that FUMC had installed metal detectors and required white males to have a “sponsor” to enter the building. We also learned that FUMC went on “lockdown” at several points during the day, during which people were barred from entering or exiting the building. Members of Antifa were asked to leave when they refused to agree to avoid violence. Others journeyed beyond Emancipation Park to Justice Park, where more counter-protesters were gathering. Both McGuffey and Justice Parks had tents for water and medical treatment. Both locations were staffed by an organized group of “marshals” who had walkie-talkies and could communicate with each other and people who were at Emancipation Park.

>CPD Lieutenant Dwayne Jones observed counter-protesters actively monitoring scanners and other devices to track the movements and communications of the police.

>Leftists were bused in to attack the Rally
Can confirm, saw this.
A line of at least seven idling city busses were parked not far away from the parking garage I was in.

Why did more niggers get hired under a nigger president.

Really activates the almonds

If I was Mayor I would of done the same thing desu, but now I've learnt from his mistakes.

Anyone listen to Jason Kessler on this mornings episode of Stormfront radio? This revelation is rather shocking.

It's disgusting that our cops are like this.

Link?

>of course, this is what they wanted the Nov 4th nothingburger to be
Except right wingers don't show up to assault leftist demonstrators.

Reminder that Jesther Heyer worked for the courthouse in Charlottesville and coordinated that road block attack with information given to her by the police.

Now that she has died, they have done their best to hide that fact. Kind of makes the city and police guilty of contempt of court, what with using a paralegal clerk to organize a violent attack while police protected them.

charlottesville.org/home/showdocument?id=59615

Jason Kessler is an organized democrats organizer, but suddenly is the face of the white supremacist white nationalists. Come the fuck on.

Police are the biggest niggers of all?

I am SO shocked.

During the event, there was a rumor that it was responding to the scene of the car attack.

Probably idiots in the copter, judging by the rest of the force

Your humble correspondent was an OWS kid in 2011.their degeneracy was a big reason for my move rightward.

ay wey.

This, fucking nigger spic

Whatever you say, mestizo.

Of a heart attack.

I watched the streams all day in Charlottesville as it happened, there was no significant violence on the street prior to them canceling the rally. There was no good reason for them to cancel the rally, which would only force more chaos when the right-wing group was forced into the middle of the leftist mob. I remember their only proof that it had to be shut down was a CNN report about violence breaking out hours before the rally but I don't remember any private journalist, of which there were dozens, reporting any violence until after the rally was shut down. And they shut down that rally in violation of a federal injunction that they received just the day before. What a fucking hatchet job the entire thing was

Meant for
Don't drink and post, kids.

Did they actually think we would bite?

>would
we did.
