I thought this would be a boring medieval sol but it's actually action packed.
Korean slave labour paid off it seems.
Onihei
I liked it.
Reminded me of Joke Game.
But how could it? Joker game was shit and this is good.
You've got it the wrong way around.
That torture scene really was gruesome though. Nice voice acting.
It was pretty good
Similar OST, the MC is voiced by the guy who voiced Yuuki and they too recruited an "agent" in the first episode.
I liked it more than JG though
The agent also voiced the spy in episode 12 of Joker Game.
liked it a lot but the 3D they used to visualise a crowd of people looked kind of bad
very nice, i cant wait for more
It was good. The animation was a little weird at times, but it had great music.
So far so good. Hopefully threads wouldn't be so dead but it's a who show on amazon so it won't show up on HS feed.
I really enjoyed it. Good soundtrack and brutality. Hopefully the Koreans keep it up.
yeah that looked awful
Samurai anime are so rare these days and this looks pretty good, what a treat.
...
I came into this thread to ask if it was as much of a slideshow as the PV's made it look so this was perfect.
Picked up.
...
the music is very good
I don't think I've ever felt more mixed about whether I like something or not. Also, why is everyone smirking all the time?
Eh, it's okay. Probably won't be my AOTS, but it's fairly enjoyable.
When will it be uncensored?
BD.
She is ugly though.
>why is everyone smirking all the time?
Everyone expecting their keikaku doori would be 100%.
It got that "detective/police" series vibe for sure.
Liked it more than I thought I would.
ED is great
>All this talk about honorabru thief code of not killing anyone.
>Proceeds on casually murdering someone in the middle of the street.
Forgot picture.
The code is for when youre thieving, not when you walk down some street and a guy tries to hurt you first.
Did he take any of the man's things? He wasn't committing thievery so it's ok.
It was a scene presented to establish how much of a tough guy the repentant thief is.
So basically you can steal things, rape and murder, but not at the same time. Sounds very honorable fampai.
I thought this scene was stupid.
I doubt the guy is dead, he had handlers tailing him so if he killed a mad they'd abort mission.
Looks like youre too autistic to understand.
I never thought I would enjoy an 18th century Japanese police procedural show.
The whole thing has a refreshingly masculine air about it, like old film noir crime movies. Nice to have a break from moe girls and superpowered highschoolers.
it was pretty good
Posted this in a dead thread but here some webm.Pretty good.
Dark horse of the season, calling it now.
Dark horse implies more people will watch it than just us.
this was like the only decently animated scene in the whole episode, everything else looked like cardboard
Most of the time they were just talking, I think the expressions shown were alright.
>not loving chinese carboards
I liked it. Looking forward to more cool guys doing cool things.
good music, shit animation, dubious direction, lots and lots of koreans in the credits
I thought he did that to draw attention to himself, to draw out the imposter.
it was pretty enjoyable. it gave me a similar feeling to hyougemono, i.e. a not-so-edgy period drama.
it's an awfully confusing scene. i can't tell you if he killed him or not, but if he did, it would indeed be stupid. it wouldn't make sense, seeing as he refused to kill the "impostor" at the end of the episode.
The voice acting doesn't match up with some of the animation
Are they drawing it in the way that a korean would speak?
more Kagewani when
fucking despicable animation
Post wemb of crowd moving
I found the pacing obnoxious and the music overbearing. I did like the scene of main dude talking in the jail cell to his captors, but that was about it. Everything else felt way too overboard and ridiculous.
The CG and animation was pretty bad, otherwise I liked it. I hope they fucking fix it.
Wew lad
Lot of technical flaws, but the story is interesting.
It's presented like a 60's crime series, I like it but can't help wishing the actual drama from back then was subbed and available.
