From a purely genre perspective, urban fantasy LNs have a much stronger sales record than mecha series. Both in terms of adaptation sales and actual novel sales.

HO volumes sell almost twice as much as Blood Sign volumes, to be fair.

Blood Sign has enough content if they go at the pace of Index adaptations. More than enough if they go at the pace of HO. ZW easily has enough either way, Beatrice doesn't. His other series are all one or two-offs that are unlikely to be adapted. There's obviously enough for another series of Railgun or Index, and maybe enough for one of Accel if they include some of his solo novels as part of it or throw some OC in. There's enough content for another HO series, but it tanked pretty hard and didn't really boost the novel sales all that much.

That Big Project is either a Index+Blood sign+Heavy Object multiverse VN or an Index-themed love hotel
