I'd pay $8 for the volumes but $17 for the artbook is too much for me, especially since I haven't even read Blame in the first place.
Dominic Flores
it's pretty good, but there isn't really much dialog to read, most of it is just about the amazing world and architecture.
Ethan Morales
Yeah I know, makes sense you'd want the artbook of it.
Sebastian Gutierrez
i would buy the highest tier, but i already bought the two physical volumes and have the third on pre-order. They are pretty huge and look amazing, but if i i had one thing to complain is that they translated the mc name from killy to kyrri.
Asher Roberts
I guess it's the engrish pronunciation, like some volumes of Berserk calling Guts 'Gatsu'.
Can't you buy the artbook in physical form too?
Camden Cook
it says there that it is an exclusive digital for the bundle, so i guess not, otherwise i would definitely be interested in a physicial copy as well.
Not entirely related, but I have to say that the new print release of Blame is pretty nice. Maybe a bit too expensive though, but then again, the actual books are huge.
Jonathan Carter
my sincere thanks, this helps a lot.
I can't recommend enough for you to give it some time, because it's definitely worth it, especially with this kind of quaility available. And if you like it, check out "biomega" from the same author.
Yeah, 30€ for one volume is a bit too much, but the size and quality is too good to pass.
Nolan Reyes
It was on my backlog so this is a good time as any. I was interested in the Sidonia bundle anyway so overall it was worth it.
Camden Reyes
>talking about the value of the new volumes, especially the 'official' English version >"Kyrii" >that horrible rewrite of the "hill" quote in volume 1 >the magical mystery of the missing box in the Exterminator chapter(s) yeah how about nah
Carter Taylor
what missing box, now i'm curious.
Jordan Carter
Of course they're better.
They're also huge.
Adrian Perez
THANK YOU (*≧ω≦*)
Carson Gomez
Why would you spend money on digital version of the manga? Order reprints from JP Amazon if you want to support the author.
There is a page at the end where Killy and Sanakan fight the Exterminator. At one point Exterminator puts Killy in some sort of stasis box. In reprints they've shopped the box out, so Killy just stands there without shooting. Admittedly, the box looked like shit, but still. Altering the original work should be a big no-no. I can take a photo of that page if anyone wants.
Ian Hernandez
if you can, i'm interested in how bad it looks.
Easton White
This box around Killy is just not there in the reprint, with no explanation given and absolutely no attempt at redrawing it present.
While I can only present this in theory, I feel it's fair to say that they just *lost* the original digital copy of the pages, and dug out the physical manuscripts that didn't have the box digitally added and just used those instead. And nobody attempted to fix it or bring it up anywhere or anything of the sort. Even though the box plays a point in the plot. Because fuck you.
Luke King
Here is the reprint.
Thomas Long
well, the more you know.
Is this the only thing that has changed in the master edition reprints, or is there more?
Leo Cox
And here is the scan of the original. No idea why the photo rotated itself.
Easton Allen
There are a few places with visual artefacts. Like a few smudges on that first spread with Killy and a kid walking on a huge bridge.
Cooper Reyes
user you are fucking amazing
Julian Scott
Oh, there's plenty more. It's just generally either 1. not as extremely fucking explicit 2. not important enough to register
Adrian Watson
put them together for future threads
well that sucks
>someone claims the key and no one else can download it now godammit
Andrew Bailey
If you pay attention, you notice that more than half of that specific page has been redrawn. The only things that distinctively remain are the Exterminator's head, the innermost ring above its head, and Killy's body - and the shading on that last one is new, too.
Dylan Gray
>claiming the key What kind of sad faggot does that? Requested another key but you are pathetic, let other people enjoy the bundle.
Lincoln Brown
I'm willing to bet nobody claimed it and that it was simply auto-claimed by IPs all over the world downloading from it at the same time.
Working on uploading the rest; will update link when that's done.
Isaac Brooks
Haven't read Blame yet, but weren't the "humans" in it supposed to be mutated and/or augmented to hell and back?
Isaiah Edwards
Yeah that's probably it.
Thanks for uploading, I'd do it myself but I'm supposed to be working at the moment
Levi Bell
Something like that, killy is trying to find a legit human.
Grayson Sullivan
Kinda. Depends on how you define mutated/augmented. There's different populations of 'humans' all over The City, so some have biologically evolved, others have technologically evolved, others look relatively the same. The electro-fishers specifically look pretty close to normal humans. Ultimately though, they are almost all still bipedal humanoids.
Caleb Cruz
i thought those were silicon lifeforms
Jack Cook
Nope! They're decidedly flesh and blood. The Silicon, on the other hand, get visibly robotic/electric-y when they are maimed.
Connor Phillips
Didn't post this other page because I stopped thinking about it. Flesh and blood:
Jace Morales
Thread's probably gonna die before the upload's done so do you mind linking it on this thread? I'm pretty sure some anons were interested in it too so it would be a big help
This is all I got, since I hate Sidonia. Blame volumes 1 and 2, artbook, Aposimz, Noise.
Grayson Cruz
>hating sidonia
the absolute madman
Matthew Edwards
Yes, but you can convert them, of course. There were other options under the original key, but it's not like I was gonna download that shit in epub or whatever. There was no image option.
Jeremiah Carter
there was a cbz option
Cooper Ortiz
If anyone can, I'll prefer that.
Dylan Harris
fairly sure you can open pdf files in cbz
Ryder Moore
Indeed, cbz is probably what >90% prefer over here.
Kevin Gray
Should I read this? Read the first chapter but the scans were bad and mirrored and I didnt understand anything
Zachary Scott
Even with the amazing quality in this, you will probably get confused after the first reading. But definitely worth it.
Bentley Watson
>didnt understand anything pleb no, but don't expect to understand everything your first time through; that's not the goal if you can understand just enough to keep going through the narrative, you'll probably have understood about as much as 1/4th of all Blame readers it's only the extremely dedicated readers that come in here to chitter about Davinel being a girl and Killy being human and the dog and such
Dominic Mitchell
Wait, the humblebundle volumes are mirrored?
Joshua Collins
the old scanlations are.
Jaxon Clark
I don't let Blame threads die so easily, even if they do have a shit opening.
Thomas Sanchez
>physical volumes are £27 each goddamn do I want these but spending £135 on five volumes seems ridiculous
Thomas Kelly
Six volumes.
Mason James
fug
I was under the impression that there were only 5 volumes of the re-release though?
Jason Ross
...
Jayden Bell
Well there goes another chunk of my wallet
Chase Mitchell
They only come out every like 2-3 months tho. That's why I can get them myself, otherwise it'd be a killer.
Xavier Sanchez
any idea when vol.6 is out? 4 is June, is 6 even coming out in 2017?
Jeremiah Green
I would like to think that by this pace, 5 is october and 6 is in january.
Jace Gomez
oh good I might actually be able to justify spending the money on all 6 by then. then again >£162 thats still a lot of money tbqhwy senpai desu
Jose Nguyen
Any news on the netflix movie?
Christopher Fisher
5 is actually September. December-January sounds about right for 6
Blake Bailey
yeah, but have you seen the monolith of a book those things are? do it
Jason Hill
I want to buy all 11 volumes of Aku no Hana and I'd have to spend ~120€ for it. If you love it then it doesn't really matter, you support the author who made it and you also get hours of entertainment.
Adam Cooper
Hopefully everybody involved in it is dead and it won't happen. That'd be good news to these ears.
Brandon Nelson
How will Nihei finish his new manga then? :( speaking of which any news on that?
John Phillips
might have to be a christmas present to myself if they're all released by december
its too bad I won't be alive to see Berserk finished and released in English so I can despair about not being able to afford it
Carson Smith
>read Berserk years ago >get absolutely obsessed with it >38 something volumes 17€ each >buy volume 7 on a whim >it's still the only one I own
Glad I got over it, I think I would have regretted wasting any more money on it. I mean it's great and all but 40 something volumes and counting, it's too much.
