I am interested in how movements, memes, and ideas start.

Have you ever had an original idea that took off on pol?

Examples:

1. It's okay to be white
2. Virgin vs Chad
3. Brain memes

Have you ever started something and seen it explode like that?

How do we use this to our advantage? Let us figure out what causes these things to take off and use it for our own aims.

>Let us figure out what causes these things to take off and use it for our own aims.

Literally what we've been doing for over a decade.
Fuck off you spy.

fuck you

Not on Sup Forums, I created a couple of the original Doge memes (back before the doge memes were just that one shibe, but any dog picture with "funny" but broken annotations), back when I was an edgy teen on Sup Forums.

>How do we use this to our advantage? Let us figure out what causes these things to take off and use it for our own aims.

Things either take off or they don't, you can't predict how successful that shit is going to be. And forced memes aren't memes and never succeed.

...

Make oc friend. That's it.

>organic growth
>not your personal army
>stupid enough to be expanded on and in the news like the onion juice thing
there you go now fuck off please

Brain meme started on reddit and its forced af

My most successful OC is the wildly popular "Alphie the White Supremacist Lizard". I enjoy seeing Alphies posted.

Nice try CIA, you have to go back now.

I was the first guy to start using the word "degenerate" on Sup Forums.

you actually have to be intelligent enough to make a point in the most pervasive way

OH yeah, who doesn't remember this guy? He was a classic

>I find your lack of faith disturbing
Nobody creates the memes, the memes create themselves.

The original term meme is supposed to be similar to gene. It was coined by Dawkins a few years before any image with text was a "meme" and supposed to effectively create a terminology where we can discuss the competition of ideas like we do with genes.

I think that idea is still accurate. Memes compete, change, mutate and either die or get stronger. Sup Forums is a good place for memes because a large amount of OC and ideas are thrown around. Many die, but a few become successful and stick around. And they compete for our attention, successful ones gain more permutations and compete more. Sup Forums is basically a rich biological soup with constant mutations.

Just like with genetics, an important thing to remember that your measurement of "successful" doesn't necessarily mean a meme or gene, will take off. The only thing that either of these things care about is the ability to reproduce and spread. Simple memes reproduce easily, like expanding brain memes or most of the ones you see on faceberg or on sites where you can "make your own meme!" More esoteric memes must spread to survive.

But this is all theoretical, and its pretty much impossible to know what is going to stick and what isn't beforehand. Setting out to make a meme is a sure fire way to not have a meme.

Hi cia, I would say nice try but this isn't even trying.

The game's up guys. We just have to admit that we get assigned our memes from the Kremlin and then cash in those cold, hard rubles.

This desu senpai

I am a certified russian hacker and I actually make 90% of the memes you see here on Sup Forums politically incorrect subreddit.

I made the racist frog meme you see so often here, ask me anything.

Aw yeah, Alphie the white supremacist lizard. My favorite little dude. I see him all the time.

Alphie was such a qt. Newfags won't remember.

This is my most successful meme. Im pretty proud of it.

I seriously started "Dindu Nuffin". People for awhile were saying "I didn't do nuffin". In a popular thread once to name a new gorilla at a zoo, I made the name "Dindu Nuffin" and within an hour "Dindu" had spread.

>swastika wrong way
Alllphiiieeeee

Just find the origin and meaning of this meme OP.
It is the original meme. It'll all make sense then.

Shaun King pretended to be black and became a meme.

you are an unoriginal retard so creativity and contribution to a group eludes you
fuck off faggot

>How do we use this to our advantage?

If you have to ask, you'll never know desu

I'm also responsible for the Bogdanoff meme, and the lesser know subset of Grichka memes which are popular on Krautchan

>#how bout this one faggot
#teamlucas
#giveitbacktogeorge
#makestarwarsgreatagain

DELET THIS

I popularized Harold posting.

>Have you ever had an original idea that took off on pol?
