I noticed that there were actually 2 buildings in the property which are connected, which may account for the '2 story' listing, I also noticed that the property had an area of 0.9 acres, I went to google maps and measured the area of the two buildings and voila, it turned out to be a total of 0.9 acres, so where's this basement? The property has been around since 1932 so they couldn't have been doctoring records and building basements below an already built structure just like that.
