How many of you are watching true AOTS?

How many of you are watching true AOTS?

good shit.

Episode 3 preview had Hosoya back so I'm real happy.

At least, I think it did

Wish the animation was better. That's the only thing keeping it down.

Who /hyougomono/ here?

The CG crowd was really jarring but
I fucking adore the music

I'm watching it.

He should be a recurring character since his profile is up on the official site and they also listed him in the cast announcement.

It's on my "might watch" list.
I like feudal japan anime.

Is this a straight adaptation of the novel series from the start?

First episode was shit

Somehow forgot about it even thought I was looking forward to it before the season started. I'll watch it tonight.

>/hyougomono/
Don't get me hyped with such a comparison friend, it'll just end up disappointing me if you do.

Of course the only good anime of the season is based on a real novel.

Pretty good so far minus so weird faces from time to time.

Is it straightforward Feudal or does it have the anachronism of Hyouge Mono?

It doesn't have cute girls or singing with happy dances.

What's the point of this?

onihei fucking sucks.

Damn, that's one dumb nigga.
He waited 15 years for a woman.

I'm genuinely enjoying this so far. Just hope the CG gets used to a minimal. Those crowds were fucking ugly.

>tfw you can enjoy both

>real novel
wew

I have mixed feelings about it. It often looks bad and the directing is meh, but aside from that it's pretty cool.

No anachronisms as far as I can tell.

ded

Yeah, no. Not enough A E S T H E T I C S you darn plebeian.

I feel the hair styles for the main characters are too modern.

>le mature shitposter strikes again

It's a little bit different compare to the live drama.

Only watched the first episode so far but I feel this show would be absolute top tier if it was live action. It's still good, but why animated?

Because it already was live action

But based on it seems they'd be wildly different adaptations.

Only certain acts are being adapted so I'm not expecting a 1 to 1 adaptation.

Just picked this up, great OP.

Glad someone is acknowledging its greatness. M2 studio are definitely someone to look out for in the coming years.

I'd imagine the drama is better paced. Feels like they made a lot of cuts just to fit the whole case in 20 minutes.

I don't think anyone is really enjoying this for the subpar animation and shitty CGI user.

The animation isn't that bad. The motions are quite jerky at times, but the detail is rather impressive. Have to agree on the shitty CGI though...lets hope they don't keep incorporating it.

Yeah, backgrounds do look nice.

Samurai police drama.
Jazzy soundtrack
Justice doesn't mean everyone lives happily ever after.
So glad I picked this up.
