Everything. Too much emphasis on a dog that lasted a chapter in the manga, drawing the whole Megumin thing out way too long, Actually, drawing out the whole "actually it's a zombie apocalypse" thing out for an entire episode (it was only a chapter in the manga). Completely changing or removing scenes, excellent character arcs and an excellent ending. Like having Miki immediately accept Yuki's delusions after the sports festival, that was particularly disappointing.

Go back and read the high school arc, they changed enough for it to not be like reading the same thing over again. Honestly the manga goes kind of downhill after graduation

Oh, but the sound direction was great though, they didn't fuck that up at least.
