I also don't see any interesting way that fight could go, especially since they already did the "muscles too hard to cut" thing with Pickle.

Hanayama wouldn't be allowed to lose to Musashi in a grip fight. If it were to happen, it wouldn't make a damn lick of sense. Remember: Musashi couldn't out-grip Pickle; he cheated to get out of that one. Hanayama's grip is stronger than Pickle's grip, and he's also considerably less likely to stagger back from being headbutted or something.

WFP has it subtitled/translated in their private circle and apparently are going to publicly release it around 'one month' after they've got it so, in the spirit of trusting people, we've kinda hung back.
I'm very bad at understanding *spoken* Japanese, another one of us simply doesn't have the time, Arstavial is still on break from the team, and I don't exactly want to have to pay someone that isn't a fan of the series to do the work. So, that's where we're at.
