Blue States are rich because they actually have advanced economies that they built from properly having infrastructure, and funding good schools that create skilled labor. There's a reason why a lot of deep-red states like Oklahoma and Kansas turn to shit holes whenever their mining / farming / oil industry has a bad season.
Most social spending in Red-states are from medicare and social security. Actual welfare (TANF) is given to States as block-grants which they can largely distribute at will. A lot of red-states just pocket most of it.
Farm subsidiaries are only $25 billion for the entire nation.

But really this argument is completely skewed by all the blacks and Latinx that live in the southern states- which the liberals have forced upon this once great nation! No more blacks and Mexicans and suddenly no more federal spending for welfare necessary, plus wages rise as a function of supply and demand (taking into account the mexis that work and aren't on welfare).
