How do I get over my fear of going to the gym, senpai?

Go really early in the mornings (before 8am) or late evenings (after 9.30 pm) when there aren't many people around.

I never understood the cardio kills gains meme until some months in.

Well, 9pm works as well then.
Just put cardio on separate day and you should be able to do full strength routine in less than an hour.

It doesn't. Cardiovascular endurance exercises do not kill gains. The only justification people want to come up with is that cardio is usually 40 minute long stamina exercises and potentially means more calories are burnt then during a shorter or somehow less intense lifting session (which isn't true, especially for people already great with their cardio).
The only reason it spread is because too many men enjoy being big and strong instead of being healthy and fit, so to convince themselves that they don't need to do the (ostensibly more taxing) cardio it's because then they won't be able to convert all that precious energy into mass. After all, "cardio kills gains, bro."

Please, do yourself a favor and incorporate AS MUCH CARDIO into your exercise time and lifting heavy weights. Your body will thank you.

No way. Eating 3500+ calories a day is already a struggle as it is. If I would burn 500 more by doing cardio I would not be able to eat enough to still gain weight.

So don't do cardio on the same day you lift.
Also, double no way that you can't eat enough calories. Do you have any idea how many calories are in peanut butter? Or protein shakes? Mass gainers? Trust me, you can eat enough just fine.

And it's besides the point; cardio is absolutely necessary to healthy living, especially for a larger more muscular body. You'll burn out in no time without it. Your heart wouldn't otherwise be able to keep up and your "bulk" will never end. As a teenager, maybe college student, you can get away with it for a bit, but you are asking for all kinds of trouble.

I have no problems going to the gym 4 days a week (Monday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday and starting with Monday again) but I eat less than 2kcal. I'm 182. But I'll be moving out in about 6 months and once I finally have my own kitchen I hope everything will be better.

MAAM should take a lesson or two for drawing feet.

I apparently have no traps to speak of because I'm a 200lb fat man so squats ache my upper back/shoulders, but I can live with it. Too bad I will never be a cute gyaru, but this burden too I will live with

0.85%BW for OHP and 70%BW for chin ups. I don't know about squats but I do pistols with 12kg kettlebell for reps.

SBD are just an easy thing to compare. Could use any numbers for which there's a decent set of standards (symmetricstrength.com/standards)
