Why do you hate him and Part 3, so much Sup Forums? Without them, none of the other parts would be possible.

Because this place is full of Ripple plebs.
Jotardo literally has autism
part 3 had boring fights and stands for the most part, aside from that it was enjoyable.
Well part 5 would've still happened, things would've played out a little differently, especially with Diavolo might've gotten a requiem stand since Polnareff wouldn't be there
Jotaro is boring.
Kinda hard to beat Part 2, that's all. That said, Part 3 is shitty enough that Part 4 is considerably better
I've seen a lot of Jotaro love lately
If Stardust Crusaders is so boring and inferior to Battle Tendency and Diamond is Unbreakable then why did't they get the OAV treatment back in 90s instead? Why does Part 3 have the most memes of any other JoJo Part?
The reason why it has the most memes is probably because the west has know part 3 more than any other parts, and it does have some ridicules scenes
why do part 2 fags literally have the shittiest taste?
>Kinda hard to beat Part 2
How?
Part 2 has the worst villain
Worst jobro
Worst teacher
Worst setting
2nd worst fights
>blaming the west for part 3 memes
lol
Part 3 didn't have enough Dio.
Should've stopped the crusaders half way through and killed a crusader
Jotaro is great as a side character but kind of boring as the MC. I like part 3 though.
But jotaro isn't the MC like how Jonathan or Joseph are the MC
There's a bigger focus on the group and instead of being the head honcho all the time he shares screentime with 3-5 other characters
Pretty much. Not sure how you can hype up a single villain so much from the very first few chaps and make him absent for essentially 2/3 the series.
I feel like it's somewhat OK because of the Dio baggage from part 1. But yeah he should've been in it more
Technically parts 1 and 2 happened without him, but whatever.
I wouldn't say I hate Part3 but as far as the anime goes there's definitely a difference in format that occurs in part 3. Parts 1 and 2 were nice because they were both quickly paced stories. They cut out the filler of a lot of other animes. Part 3 has a more episodic feel for the majority of it's run. Most of it is villain of the week shenanigans. Even when they finally get to Egypt and you figure the plot might start taking some twists and turns we do spend about 90% of the season with more enemy stand users that usually get beat in an episode or two. I personally still liked Part 3 but I can see how something like that might turn off other fans.
I agree, but I might be biased because I feel everything needs more Dio.
On that note:
ROOOOOOOOAD ROOOLLEEEER!
Part 4 wasn't even finished until 2 years after the OVA aired.
For one, the premise seemed more interesting to an average japanese audience.
Ask someone with no context of the series what they would rather read. A japanese delinquent on a thrilling journey halfway across the world?
Or a Japanese delinquent looking for a bow and arrow and serial killer?
Part 4 was a nice unorthodox story, but it's not a very marketable one.
Dio was incredibly charming and basically made part 1. I don't mind the bro adventure of part 3, but Dio needed to pop in every now and then at least.
He did.
The cast didn't bump into him or anything, but DIO appeared on panel often enough
because he's boring, he looks generic japanese anime kid that doesn't actually look like a kid and apparently that's their school uniform as fuck, and because most of part 3 is boring vs random henchman of the week crap (you only miss a few things by skipping the first half)
I'd rather have the main Jojo be boring than literally everything else be boring like with part 2
Part 2 was delightful you cretin.
>Flamboyant protagonist fights weirdly sexy body builder, Mezo-American vampires with the help of a Cyborg-Nazi
If that doesn't arouse your interest there's something wrong with you.
It's easy to hate on part 3 because it was a big experiment on Araki's part that didn't always work out well and had a few growing pains
that said it has some of the most enjoyable and iconic characters in the series and is the face of Jojo for a reason, even if it's not as all-around-good as some other parts
Aside from Kars the part was better than part 3
But you can't say he didnt deliver. He lived up to the hype and then some
Joseph is good
Stroheim shows up like 3 times
Piller men are the most boring main villains (I like wammu but Kars and esidsi are so boring)
part 3 may have issues, but it has some godlike moments. the d'arby and vanilla ice fights are great.
I love jotaro, and part 3
Better than Josuke, worse than Joseph. It's always hard for me to rank Jonathan, as I like him a lot but he barely had any screentime compared to the other JoJos.
t. animeonly
Because it was such a letdown after Battle Tendency left the series on a great high.
>It's popular so it's good.
Jotaro kinda got better in part 4, The best part
The anime peaked at Part 2 while the manga continued to get better.
>it has many memes therefore its good
idiotic
I don't
How can people not love this?
youtube.com
It's called Golden Rotation you fucking fag.
At least he is not annoying and hateful like Joseph. Jotaro is at it best in Part 4 and 6. I'm glad we passed the worst parts in the anime. DiU was fantastic and I can't wait to see Part 5 and 6.
6 > 4 > 8 > 5 > 7 > 1 > 3 > 2
We should get back to Hamon
Read Part 7 because the Spin is as stupid and overpowered as Hamon
I don't get why people think part 3 had bad fights.
>hanged man
>death 13
>lovers
>both oingo boingo arcs
>Darby
>petshop
>vanilla ice
>mother fucking DIO
It wouldn't surprise me if Japan liked Jotaro so much simply because he was Japanese.
Am I the only one who doesn't really dislike any JoJo, any part, or any villain not named Diavolo?
>Kinda hard to beat Part 2
It's literally not. Every other part bar 1 is better by a substantial amount. The only reason people love 2 so much is Joseph, he was the saving grace of BT.
the crusaders are total bros, i dont get all the hate.
Stroheim was the actual jobro of part 2
i liked caesar but i'll agree on the other points
part 2 also gets big points for stroheim, but loses many more for not continuing the speedwagon bloodline
>50 episodes, longer than double part 1 and 2 combined
>Jotaro is a loaf of bread with a grumpy disposition
>Too much filler
>Ass pulls galore
>Higher concentration of boring fights and stands
Not saying it was bad, but it was such a slog to sit through. Every part that comes after is objectively better with at least a few more fleshed out characters. They had a great squad, and DIO at least avoided the villain trope of being brain dead retarded.
Part 3 Jotaro is boring
Part 4 onwards Jotaro is cool
>Complaing about asspulls in JJBA
Kek everytime. The whole thing is full of asspulls and piss poor writing, everyone ignores it because the fights are cool. It took Araki like 20 years to learn how to write even slightly well.
Wamuu deserved better
If Part 2 is your favorite part, you don't really like JoJo. Same can be said if Part 4 is your favorite.
Am I the only who liked the Pillar Men?
Part 3 also got a video game by Capcom that had an arcade release.
Sup Forums is just being contrarian because it's popular. WRYYYYYYY and whatnot.
NO
As much as I wasn't impressed with part 3, at least it had a goal and direction unlike the bunch of hot air that is part 4
Nah, you aren't alone user
AIYAIYAIYAI
I like Part 1, I am a true Jojofag
