I Am a Hero

Pretty much, if Japanese people are this docile

>Shitposting on a chan during a zombie apocalypse

Is this realistic anons?

>when they start to offer their butts to other anons so they don't die virgins
i can totally see it happening

Of course it is.

Plus I would check in on /k/ because I'm sure they are posting survival advice

It's not gay if you get dubs

Jeez this is depressing

It's getting axed
Feel like the author just ran out of ideas on how to finish it

Oh really, I'm just into the meat of the story (chapter 66), does it kinda rot over time?

Are you for real?
Do you even read the latest chapters?

Jesus this is the most accurate version of a zombie apocalypse... socially anyway.

Sorry for the casual question, but whats the name of that manga?

Neck Yourself

Which manga?

We are Villians

You Are A Faggot

So i am a hero

I AM A HERO

it's ending in a few chapters though

You Aren't an Antagonist.

Mm. Auntie and researcher guy seem to be the only surviving members of their group now.

I want Hideo and Hiromi to have a happy ending
and not by fusing into one being.

Too bad theres no where to go, it's pretty clear the whole world is fucked

Wait who the hell is this?

The old lady. She was de-aged from being partially absorbed by the big mass.

>She was de-aged from being partially absorbed by the big mass
What the literal fuck? I am so lost and can't keep up with this manga

>zombies retain their memories
>zombies are actually a literal hivemind
>they have their own 2ch
>wait now they're combining to become Silent Hill thingies
>wait now they're kaijus
>wait now they can absorb people and de-age them

She was, I assume, being absorbed by that one flesh mass, but someones memories inside the flesh mass caused it to spit her out when it saw...whats his name, Lispy, reaching for her. I think because they were trying to absorb her, her body was being healed and reborn, and signs of aging are damage to the flesh, so she was rapidly physically de-aged.

That actually makes sense on its own but I don't remember why all of this is happening - what the hell is the end game? Why are the zombies fusing?

I miss this manga when it was just a psychological study of human nature and Japanese society during a zombie apocalypse

No one knows, not even the zombies themselves. They just know they are to become one, and with Japan, Hiromi is apparently the one in charge of the mass thats coming together.

Most likely it's aliens

>I miss this manga when it was just a psychological study of human nature and Japanese society during a zombie apocalypse
Same.

That being said, I think the alien/giant creature plot logic is perfectly fine, but I think it was all revealed and played out too fast. I could easily have done with 100 more chapters of world and character development padding out the time from the alien reveal until now. The story would be a lot stronger, I think. As it stands, we don't even know why the Kurusu exist - much less why there seems to be two types of them; those that still think for themselves, and those that work with the zombies. We don't know why any aliens would need giant flesh structures or why they would need them to be conscious. And, as I recall, we haven't even seen the Americas yet. With the proliferation of guns in the Americas, it's entirely possible that there's entire states full of safe, non-mutated people.

>Kurusu
That whole subplot (?) turned off my enthusiasm for me. For one thing they are very unattractive both appearance-wise and character-wise. A literal autist with a funny expression who's good at fighting while wearing nothing but tighty-whiteys?

I mean Hideo is not exactly a looker, that's actually a major part of his character, but he has his own appeal and one might say charisma even.
I just wanted to stick with ordinary people or the dregs of society doing their best in a world that's surprisingly even worse than the normal one they used to struggle through

An argument could be made that freaks like Homeless Emperor and the original Kurusu and whoever else *are* the "dregs of society". Maybe their characters didn't change when they became Kurusu-people; maybe they were always just weirdo fucks.
