So how exactly did he get hurt by a bullet? I'm going to answer all counter-arguments because I know what i'm going to get. Raditz fucking deflected it

Krillin is proven to surpass Raditz. It makes no sense how someone can be stronger than another yet have weaker skin.

So did Tien and as far as I know Roshi doesn't train too. They were literally fighting the Frieza Force not too long ago and those people are around Raditz level who can deflect bullets. You can't get THAT much weaker by not training.

Considering how fast DB characters are, he should be able to deflect the bullet and knock out the gunman in a matter of a second.
