What's the comfiest anime and why is it Rurouni Kenshin?

i like the openings

...

The first 26 episodes (and the 2nd ed) we comfy

Good show. I won't call it comfy though, Lot of hormones going off in this show

You and I have a very different definition of comfy.

I like Bamboo Blade a lot

sketchbook is probably the comfiest show I've ever watched.

Flying witch was pretty comfy and you don't need nostalgia goggles to appreciate it.

Kemono friends is the most comfy ever.

This.
I know fully that it's animal edutainment with a flavor of "humans are the crown of creation because brainpower" but it's cute and nonaggressive.
It's a nice show to watch and de-boor-ize a bit.

Aged like shit. I hate his girly japanese voice.

>Toonami fag thinks his opinion matters

Kenshin is far from comfy during the serious arcs.

>comfy
the fight vs Shishio wasn't comfy AT ALL

I tried rewatching it, it was boring, the gags are stupid, the pacing slow.

Kenshin isn't perfect, but compared to most other shounen its pretty damn good. Only three seasons and most of the filler is in the last arc, so you can skip it. One season of Naruto has more filler than all of Kenshin.

My nigga.

I happen to have a very soft spot for this show since it was broadcast when I was considerably young in a kids show run by a clown duo. Which in hindsight, now sounds hilarious due to the mood changes the anime generally had and having witnessed even the great Shishio death and the previous violence live on TV on that very same program.

I also love the humor it some times delivers. Well, that and the "googly moogly" eyes we'd some times get coupled with the usual "ORO~".

Genshiken easily.
Fuck Nidaime though.

Completely ruined Genshiken for me.

I love Misao!

The early eps were comfy af.

I strangely like his voice, but only because it suits him and his oro~ complex. This comes from someone who had never heard his voice until much later. It makes him endearing when he's not completely serious mode.

Pointless fanservice character.
