For people wondering why they chose to divide S2 into 6 episodes WaSuYu and 6 episodes YuYuYu sequel, apparently they asked fans which they would rather see and the results were about 50-50 so they decided to do both.

I really want a NoWaYu anime. I'm 90% sure it'd be a smash hit if it got the anime treatment, even if the LN didn't sell that well. I guess the only chance of it happening is if S2/the WaSuYu movies are both a huge financial success and they can risk it. Here's hoping.
Now that I think about it, I do want both choices equally as much but I would prefer ~12 episodes of one or the other. 6 of each feels disappointing.
