This is a sadpanda public service announcement.
The site currently has problems with the latest version of firefox that causes images to not load, or to load very slowly. This is due to their implementation of HSTS priming. In order to fix this type about:config in the address bar and press enter, then click past the warning. Type mixed into the search bar and hit enter. Now disable all settings, all of them should be set to false. Then you may resume.

It's a feature that makes it possible to load partially unencrypted content aka mixed content. Since firefox now outright blocks mixed content it has become necessary. The problem is that it's buggy. So if you switch off mixed content blocking and HSTS priming you should be good to go.

You mean this problem doesn't have anything to do with the board where these threads have resided for the past five years? Okay.
Check for update, they recently upgraded ehentai to https, and removed the g. url subdomain, if your version of Exlinks uses the old api url it wont work.
